I got a lot of stick for pointing out that the share price said it all really. I wonder if the posters here who were so full of confidence want to comment?

Bit annoying but as I said decent risk/return in the 20s.

As expected the price action said it all really. At least they are going to return cash to shareholders. Hopefully most of the £17m will find it's way back to us. Was decent risk/return punt in the low 20s so no regrets.

it is a bad outcome, D & W will be taking a hiding on their 15% each.

However to be fair to Kamlesh, he gave it a good shot when they decided to drill the lateral and he's stood by his word when he said they'd return cash if it didn't meet expectations.

he's done just that, feel you can't knock a transparent trier, me for one, will look to see where or what he does next, because of his honesty and transparency, he's worth following onto his next venture.

They've also given the licences to Conoco for nil consideration. So no point in even waiting for San Leon's drill. Worst possible outcome really.

Cash should be around 18.5p, therefore if executed quickly I would hope the minimum return to shareholders would be around 17p...........How did it go so wrong?!!

yeah, meh, I sold too. Not sure exactly what would happen here, and only a small holding, so get out with a known loss, rather than leave it unknown for an unknown amount of time.

well i sold a small holding, but very disappointed they could not manage to announce this earlier. there were obviously some inside trades.

Yeah still going through every minute or so, low volume trades but must collectively be over 200,000

I think I've worked out that with Aim companies like this, with this type of project on going awaiting an announcement, that the most money is made by selling on the first announcement and buying back 25/30% lower. I've never tried it and to be honest I wish I never had bought one AIM company ever.
I have a list of dogs; I don't include this Company though.

Same here. I will go for commercial flow despite falling share price 25 successful frack, can t do much better than that really to start with. As said before, share price movement not always a sign of what s to come. Look at KEA a few weeks ago;went up and up then crashed on news.
Not much said by 3LEGS nor BNK. Both companies should report further sometime in october. Let s hope they surprise us...and the market.

if i chill any more than I am already, I'd be asleep. no need for sensitivities on here little fella, it's only money. you stated that the seller 'must know something' as if to suggest what 'he knows' about 3leg is a reason for him to sell. it makes no difference what who thinks about what but let's not rearrange the emphasis after the event because you decided to take the hump. keep it sweet and take some of those pills you're pushing. peace. only a few weeks to go before the flow test results if the timetable is kept. winner imo.

Maybe a very large holder taking some off the table as we wait for culmination of years and tens of Ms Capex.does explain the weakness and certainly looks like a holder selling than a speculative short position being taken....let's hope it's a bad print!

Last week lane energy were still sponsoring local events and the Polish environment minister brought a delegation from Denmark to Lublewo LEP-1ST1H .

IMO not the actions of a company that has failed.
