   Notification of Purchase of Own Shares and Directors' Dealings in Shares 
 
 
Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by its shareholders at 
its last annual general meeting on the 30 July 2015, the Company announces 
that, on 15 February 2016 it purchased a total of 750,000 of its own ordinary 
shares at a price of GBP1.15 per share from Chase Nominees Ltd.  The shares 
re-purchased, which constituted 1.26% of the then total issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company, have been cancelled. 
 
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following the 
purchase of own shares referred to above, there are 58,750,000 ordinary shares 
of the Company in issue. 
 
The above figure of 58,750,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to 
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under 
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
 
The Company also announces that, on 15 February 2016 dealings in shares of the 
Company by certain directors took place as follows: 
 
Director: Mr. R. A. J. Bailey 
Purchase by Mr. Roy Bailey, a family member of  Mr. R. A. J. Bailey 
Purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares 
Price paid: GBP1.15 per share 
 
Director: Mr. R. A. J. Bailey 
Purchase by Mrs. Gillian Bailey, a family member of  Mr. R. A. J. Bailey 
Purchase of 15,000 ordinary shares 
Price paid: GBP1.15 per share 
 
Resultant total number of voting rights currently held by Mr. Bailey: 522,328 
Percentage of issued ordinary share capital: 0.889% 
 
Director:  Mr. M. J. Barnes 
Purchase of 50,000 shares 
Price paid: GBP1.15 per share 
Resultant total number of voting rights currently held by Mr. Barnes: 60,000 
Percentage of issued ordinary share capital: 0.102% 
 
The total Directors' shareholding is 24,754,528 ordinary shares representing
