Change of Interests of Substantial Shareholder
Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has
received the following notification today.
Pacific Road Capital has notified the company that it has increased its
interest in Base Resources' total shares on issue from 21.2% to 22.9% through
the acquisition of 21,074,948 shares as follows:
* 11,074,948 shares were acquired on 7 April 2016 for A$0.06 per share for
consideration of A$664,496 pursuant to the retail shortfall bookbuild
conducted as part of Base Resources' accelerated renounceable pro rata
entitlement offer concluded in April 2016; and
* 10,000,000 shares were acquired on market on 4 November 2016 for A$0.18 per
share for total consideration of A$1,800,000.
