London, England and San Francisco, CA. - April 14, 2015 - blinkx plc ("blinkx" or the "Company") today announces the appointment of Dwight Ringdahl as SVP of Engineering, joining the Company Executive team. In this position, Dwight will lead the engineering team across the enterprise to help drive the growth of programmatic trading capabilities across the Company.

Dwight brings over 20 years of software and hardware engineering, product development, advertising technology and advanced R&D experience to the role. Prior to Zenovia Digital Exchange, he founded numerous technology companies, including WebUseNet Corporation (acquired by Highwinds Network Group, Inc.) and Inter-Axis, Inc. (acquired by MindSpring Enterprise). An engineer by training, Ringdahl served nearly 10 years in the US Air Force, in active duty and reserves, in both combat and non-combat roles.
