Article 6.2 Human rights Act 1998 gives an absolute right to a fair and public hearing. No reporting restrictions apply in the vast majority of cases, and certainly not in this particular commercial dispute.
The principle is that justice must be seen to be done.

heliman2....Well done....No doubt the info will be classed as 'in the public domain'.....I'm just a bit concerned that ,once released, this will open up a can of worms with wild speculation from every man and his dog....that may interfere with the ongoing case....but we'll see....thanks all the same.

Credibility rating : high. Moving forward to next acquisitions.

Tende: Sonangol 5 months further down the line and still no completion announcement.
BoD claims (ludicrously) to not know what is happening. 03 May 2024 share price 0p
Credibility rating : gutter. At complete standstill. No progress updates, nothing.
