AGMReview

"I attended the AGM. Not many of us. Maybe just 5 investors. The formal part was over in a flash. No real dispute and votes against minimal. Emma then gave an overview of the last 2 years. Technical and political. In short the operation is now known and stabilised. From a one shift operation they will now start to ramp up production, generating a regular income. With regular income they can then then look to expand exploration, which is the real potential jewell. People coming in have their hearts in the business, not just looking to fill their pockets.

Suspension expected to be listed early next week. I got the distinct feel we will be better off without Bill Trew. Finally when running with minimal costs PR was non existent. Emma was planning to change that.

I came away positive and will hold."

And Ms List and Nguvu are putting their money where their mouths are!

Bill Trew is a major shareholder in Paracale - a GRL investor.

So he's still indirectly involved - with a wealth of experience.

Thinking way too far ahead imho .. this is pure survival and a major investor trying to protect their value . Trew has been sacked .. plain and simple. Slippery liar imho.

Ms List is on the board (and shareholder) of Nguvu - another GRL investor. Everyone seems very familiar!!

AIMS sitting on a gold mine here. I hope they say a big thank you to the retail investors

Link doesn’t work ! What are you trying to say Alhambra? Major players are involved to do what .. get the production up from hundreds of ounces to the 28k .. sorry ..20k .. sorry 7K .. sorry .. don’t know what the production guidance is now as they will not release the facts to investors !

I hope someone who knows what they are doing is involved as Emma has been struggling to achieve anything for shareholders .

“You mean Companies House .. is actively being used as a 'Cover'
.. to defraud 'Investors & Owners .. of a Company .. .. ?”

Draw you own conclusion, but after finding out Priestly is registered at companies house under multiple dates of birth I decided not to buy back here.

“They don't check ..?”

How can they check? Lots of people have the same name, the date of birth distinguishes them as different people. Ie there might be 100’s of David Smith’s registered, but they’ll have different dates of birth. Emma Priestly isn’t a common name, so it was easy to find she has registered as a director under different dates of birth. Illegally/deliberately to avoid searches? Or just a slip of the pen lol

Not many people forget which year they were born.

So my personal view is that the strategy has been/is: 1. Get investor support to build your mine. 2. When you’re ready, drive the share price down through negative news and low production figures, which keeps a burgeoning goldmine appearing to be limping along. 3. Buy time with suspensions while you work out the final details. 4. Delist while the share price is very low. 5. Leave the private investors with useless shares which have no market, or 6. Offer them a derisory amount which they have to accept as they’d rather get something than nothing (easier to offer 1p when the share price is 2p rather than 10p). 7. Run away laughing to a villa in somewhere like, I dunno, Portugal or somewhere.

Think my last post got vetoed somehow.

BjH is spot on. Always thought he was just trying to drive the price down, but he’s pretty much called it all correctly so far. I hope he’s wrong on this one, but I now fear not.

The reported gold production figures are a nonsense, designed to make us think this is an unprofitable business, and justify why AIMS are taking over. They’ll pretend they’re all sad about it, whilst doing deals out of sight to make sure they retain the lions share. They will have the big uplift of now owning all the private investors shares too.

They will delist and if private investors get offered anything, it will be derisory. If this is what happens, I suspect it comes with consequences.

Bill Trewly knows where it is. But he ain’t telling. From what I can pick out, maybe Billy boy has a plan that doesn’t include private investors.
