05/12/2006 12:41 | ROBOO8...Never look back on old trades, if you made a profit then thats the game. I sold SOLA 30 minutes ago, when it retraces, I will look again, if not then good luck to the holders :) Aerotus...I also hold TMC but could be a little while yet for the run we are all waiting for. As to ZOO, if not convinced, then wait for next few sets of results, I expect this one to motor for a good few years. Chef...set up a ref. thread under ZOO. gives examples of share price v eps. Makes interesting reading. Zoo is currently behaving like a certain game stock a few years ago, I reckon £1+ before first serious retrace, even then its just profit takeing from early birds, this one is as tight as the proverbial. | ![]() siwel100
05/12/2006 12:32 | I think they did squander loads of dosh on hothouse creations, Crime Life, Alien Hominid, Premier manager, new premises, staff wages, old console games. But they are now growing the business organically without the need to spend substantial amounts of money. They are now very focussed on their goals. | rob008
05/12/2006 12:20 | had another dabble. Rude not to. and to think i dallied at 50p the other day... | ![]() jacobjohn7
05/12/2006 12:18 | I wish you guys all the best. But I remain cynical about Zoo simply because the management have no business acumen. I'm more than happy holding TMC and PANR. | ![]() aerotus
05/12/2006 12:07 | Oh why oh why did I sell my shares in SOLA a few months ago at £1.50, feel sick. | rob008
05/12/2006 12:02 | Looks like i have to revisit the zoo again!!!! Will start reading when I have some spare time | chef
05/12/2006 11:44 | Chemistry Communications is a marketing communications group that specialises in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). They were floated on Ofex in January 2001 at 46p but have since gone some what unnoticed. The group has completed three acquisitions in the last couple of years in the areas of digital, events management and PR. These acquisitions have transformed the group and have lead to a surge in profits. The group has been profitable for the past three years producing an operating profit of £544k (2004), £577k (2005) and has stated in a trading statement that operating profit in 2006 will exceed £1.3 million. This means EPS for the year to November 2006, will be around 3p therefore giving a PE of only 4.5, compared to a sector average of 11.5. Next year EPS could increase to over 4p, thereby putting the shares on a forward multiple of under 3.5. It is a company I would recommend looking at further, before it is noticed by the city. Let me know your thoughts. | purple
05/12/2006 11:29 | go somewhere like this, im with these... buy one of their hosting packages about £20 cheapest... and you get a free .co.uk name with it... Hope that helps you rob. | ![]() jacobjohn7
05/12/2006 11:21 | Yeah the guy from Dyson... O/T where's is the best place to register a .co.uk or .com name? thanks... | rob008
05/12/2006 11:18 | Aeotus...You said that at 37p, its now 64p....but we all know its still cheap. If you bothered to listen to us, look at the reasons, you might have made some money instead of moaning. The funny thing is that you still wont look so are likely to be a regular visiting moaner all the way up....but it keeps us amused :) | ![]() siwel100
05/12/2006 11:17 | rob, they have a director on board from an investment company now... once again its not rocket science is it?! That consolidation was an amazingly good decision/bit of business. | ![]() jacobjohn7
05/12/2006 11:15 | our good friend henri, has finally provided us with something useful... this chart is looking pretty darn positive at present... | ![]() jacobjohn7
05/12/2006 11:14 | I'm not sure the Zoo management alone could have reinvented themselves as far as they have done so far. Either one of them fell and bashed their head and had a eureka moment or they have taken professional advice. | rob008
05/12/2006 11:13 | well go and find em then aero... ;o) On news you dont need to be a rocket scientist to know what is going to happen to this SP>.... and I gather all the directors are in London today (and its not christmas shopping)..?? hmmmm makes you think. | ![]() jacobjohn7

05/12/2006 11:04 | aero you have to amend your view of present zoo purely based on the past zoo, as this is a different beast, in a lot of ways. | ![]() jacobjohn7
