29/3/2010 07:11 | Unable to open the news on this today | william-just
29/3/2010 02:15 | Yep, it's been his focus that has built the company. Looking forward the currency gains are a bonus but it's his technical ability that is driving forward the growth and giving it the clear direction. | siwel100
26/3/2010 13:36 | i think we are all glad stuart green stepped in here, | magnetincognito
26/3/2010 12:32 | zushi in receivership, ian stewart was a director. | jacobjohn7
26/3/2010 11:23 | i cant understand the stated spread, when its traded so far within this spead? | jacobjohn7
26/3/2010 11:16 | could buy about 15k this morning online, but there was a premium involved at 5k, 10k and 15k levels. you just know that there would be a tick up with each qty. | jacobjohn7
26/3/2010 10:39 | mm's already started to play the low liquidity game. You can now only buy 10k but sell 50k online. If it gets as bad as last time then that 10k will drop to 500 and buying by phone will mean paying a stonking premium. imo | siwel100
26/3/2010 08:43 | had a nibble based on illiquidity and the currency issue, have a feeling zoo may have a run up to results. | jacobjohn7
26/3/2010 01:46 | Jacobjohn...Yep, it bounced straight off the 15p support on low volume, am hoping for it to break up and through the 35p resistance on this run up. I still think that the 50p+ is a realistic target. If the money markets take fright on the £ it will simply accelerate the process. A fall from $1.48/£ to $1.32/£ on UK debt worries isnt such a leap given the current reaction to Greek debt (that 16cent fall alone will drop £1million to ZOO's bottom line). Certainly the UK is in the same degree of poo and has no access to even a partial Euro bailout unlike Greece. We are strictly reliant on either severe Govt. slash and burn cuts with the inherent social unrest or IMF bailouts with possibly even harsher cuts. Either way ZOO offers a great hedge. Initially we are seeing traders buying but a move in by investors will not suprise me. Am looking forward to the April trading update, although by then we will probably be back at only daft small volumes and big premiums available from mm's. imo | siwel100
25/3/2010 12:03 | its always been illiquid. even more so after consolidation. | jacobjohn7
25/3/2010 11:53 | Very illiquid indeed. Makes it worth watching. I have no position in ZOO but I have to admit there certainly seems to be a trade or two to be made for the brave. | uzbekking44
25/3/2010 11:05 | You are right siwel100. If you go back to Sept. it peaked very quickly on little volume could do exactly the same thing in the next couple of weeks. | wywcu1
25/3/2010 10:49 | magnetincognito....O imo | siwel100
25/3/2010 10:40 | well i must admit i bought few (only 5000)a couple of days ago, | magnetincognito
25/3/2010 09:28 | need something a bit more compelling to jump back in at this stage. | jacobjohn7
24/3/2010 14:03 | you can buy futures in foreign currency just like the stock market, these are the very best prices on offer at the moment, above what you would get in the high street, the longer you wait for your return the better the price. its still a risk as prices go up and down, 3/4/2010 ...1.48.25 14/4/2010 ...1.48.63 24/4/2010 ...1.50.01 14/5...the same 8/6/2010 ...153.01 22/8/2010 ...151.66 11/10/2010 ...153.18 | magnetincognito
24/3/2010 08:34 | is it enough to turn figures around sewil? If so, currency may bail us out again. but the company has to get the margins right for when currency not a helpful factor. | jacobjohn7
23/3/2010 16:16 | jacobjohn...Currency exchange now running heavily in ZOO's favour. | siwel100
23/3/2010 11:54 | zoo have an expected loss of 300k magnet for this year. Personally think that money is still a big issue, and the convertible loans might kill the company. So much promise over the years. and now still offering brilliant products but the promised land always seems just out of grasp. | jacobjohn7
23/3/2010 09:25 | Ah well, at least the share price didnt fall. With no financial details to the deal, hard to tell whether it could be worth more than petty cash or 'loadsamoney' to ZOO. I remain optimistic that these can still spring a positive surprise. Good luck all, or is it just the few of us left who can still be bothered to look in from time time! | bodgit
22/3/2010 16:31 | Well at least ZOO is still alive and kicking! | wywcu1
22/3/2010 14:56 | they bring them out in volumes or seasons ...volume 2..season 3 etc, last april there was a trading update so perhaps they will give one again this april, we will then know more..one way or the other | magnetincognito
22/3/2010 11:12 | but it says a selection of their dvd production in the detail. deals a deal though. | jacobjohn7
22/3/2010 10:40 | jacobjohn7: CBS have well over two hundred dvds in their dvd shop online | magnetincognito |
