That is a very decent fundraising with great strategic investor plus other core investors. No doubt some traders exiting but share price will rerate soon enough

With these 'minnows' anything can happen, but I think it's worth a punt. Time will tell if I am proven right!

There has been a big overhang in these shares since the Gangfeng Bacanora deal. That and the dwindling cash pile caused the value of the company down to c20m. As the new broker pointed out this valuation was absurdly low. With this fundraising and the strategic investor I would expect a substantial re rating over the next six months

Applied to top up.

Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow, and if I get all I applied for.

Think they've done a great job £14m at a premium, but big old dilution unless you stand your ground.....which personally I will, as getting that AMG beast on to the shareholder register is in my view a very very big plus....

Big shareholders also investing to stand their ground by the looks of things, also encouraging

FOMO tells me to take up the retail offer... (which I'll then probably regret!)

Just hope they aren't relying on VW who are dithering as usual. I'd love it if Tesla came in to spoil the German party. Long shot but would be fun
