I like the PEA results, however have to consider inflation increases that will hit capital costs, bringing down IRR%. Also BFS IRR tends to lower by 10-20% too Lithium price, this figure may well be ok, but I was reading today that the supply and demand imbalance is being restored fast and the Lithium price boom is over. | jailbird | |
