Looks good for heading back to 20p IMO which is where graph was before the selling deluge appears to have started post IPO....DYOR, but that is my first target, with further news flow throughout 2023...long term big upside, but with major shareholders holding a big old chunk of this stock, IMO decent news may see a squeeze, let's see...DYOR

Zinnwald has been below the radar for many investors. The fundraising and strategic investor have raised the profile and all the EU stuff will hopefully accelerate the production timetable. I think a resource upgrade might be on the cards too

Yep gangfeng getting sidelined as expected. Not going to have a strategic european asset in chinese hands in the middle of germany.

Ganfeng holding has fallen to 5.38% from 8.68% post the placing. No longer clear that Ganfeng will be a major protagonist here given geopolitical climate.Oberon's holding slips just over 1% to a tad below 3%.Over half the equity is in firm hands,Must make the company confident of tapping the market for further funds when required.

Nice to see a bit of acquisition activity. Liontown resources rejects $3.5bn offer from Albemarle. Substantially undervalues, opportunistic timing coinciding with recent softness in companies exposed to lithium sector, pre production status, scarcity value etc. Zinnwald in a couple of years time ...

Lithium news: Zinnwald raises £18.75m and Savannah reports Barroso progress:

UK Investor Magazine:

Zinnwald Lithium (LON: ZNWD) is the highest riser today after its successful share issue at a premium to the previous market price. A total of £18.75m was raised at 10.41p a share and the price has risen by 24.4% to 10.25p. German critical metals company Advanced Metallurgical Group (Euronext: AMG) subscribed for a 25.1% stake, while a Primary Bid offer enabled other investors to participate at the same price. The cash will fund the definitive feasibility study of the Zinnwald lithium project in Saxony, which can supply battery markets. It is currently estimated to have a NPV8 of $1.6bn and a payback period of 3.3 years. The output could reach 17,000t/year LiOH. AMG has Europe’s first lithium hydroxide refinery at Bitterfield-Wolfen. Tamesis Partners has a target share price of 40p.

A lot of credit here to the new broker Tamesis. They highlighted the silly valuation and no doubt got institutions interested ahead of the placing. I took the time to read their very detailed note and increased my stake significantly. Not often I praise brokers but definitely great job here

The company is mindful of the dismal share price performance and writes as such in today's statement.I suspect that if the market continues to trash the stock,it'll be taken over. Some of these smaller companies are so poorly monitored and badly researched nowadays that anomalous ratings are applied by junior markets like AIM in particular. It takes an industrial group like AMG to come on the scene, pay a handsome premium to the existing share price,to emphasise the fact.

Think is is still below some PIs radar screens IMO....but with new instis and HNWs on board, a big chunk IMO will be v. tightly held....DYOR but with new new news (hopefully +ve) that could in future produce a nice old squeeze!

AMG

“It has production facilities worldwide including Germany where it is developing Europe’s first lithium refinery”.

Something of a coup for Zinnwald to attract AMG which enhances the credibility of the project.(Something of a coup for AMG to take 25% of ZNWD at a price that is a fraction of the shares all time high which was around 27p).The group now has three cornerstone investors that account for some 43% of the equity.Presumably,AMG will arrange an offtake agreement in due course. It looks like Zinnwald is attempting to expedite the push to production.BFS by year end whilst progressing infill drilling.Lots ahead to keep the pot boiling.

wow, 3 hours to apply for more shares in an after hours 5pm RNS.....pretty well a FU to Retail Investors! BUT still a big supporter and value will out and AMG is an amazing beast to get on board IMO and says everything about how they see this asset developing given the demand....DYOR
