Useful, thanks. If the economics of this ARE as ZNWLD think they are, then the company IMO is likely to be a v.v. large multi-bagger.....so you pay your money and take your chances over 2023/24. DYOR and GLA!

There have been articles written by geologists questioning the economics behind the exploitation of Zinnwald resource.People with specialist mining expertise.Interestingly, one company that has experienced a similarly seesaw ride on the AIM market is Horizonte Mining. The CEO is none other than Jeremy Martin who is non executive chairman of Zinnwald.Over the last 12 years or so,Horizonte have been some 4 times higher than the current share price and considerably lower. The vagaries of Zinnwald's price will come as no surprise to Jeremy Martin.Keeping the faith with Horizonte has been a profitable exercise and it could be with Zinnwald but a good deal more hard data and comparatives are required to engender confidence.Horizonte has always been very astute and informative, may it rub off on Zinnwald.

"knowledgeable people".....really? OR those who had made good $s cashed in on an IPO that wasn't well managed perhaps?

Asset is there it appears from all RNSs I have read, now needs licencing etc etc, Tamesis note is IMO the start of a push to get these shares much much higher, and I have bought in on the back of that....they have in their model c.34p wasn't it (DYOR) to fund raise, so there is my first target!

AS ever DYOR, some new news and new instis would be nice to have soaked up all those residual sellers.

Cheers

I hear all the negative stuff but think the shares have bottomed. Unless the new broker stimulates some serious institutional interest or the company gets some non dilutive financing the company is a sitting duck.

I agree and thats why the shares soared to the high twenties in price but knowledgeable people clearly have very real doubts as to whether Zinnwald will ever progress to production otherwise we wouldn't be worth a tanner.Unless something dramatic occurs, will be utilising as a capital loss before tax year end.Of course, the Tory party intend to make capital losses a good deal more valuable as the capital gains exemption falls to but £3000pa.Thoughtful of them.

Looks like another one to write off against future capital gains.

Given recent geo-political events & Chinese buying up world commodities over last decade, especially in Africa, Germans would be mad not to give licensing for this in their own back yard IMO....DYOR....then again, I didn't think they would hand Putin all their energy security on a plate......maybe they will have learned their lesson.....DYOR

Well they would say that!Afterall, the broker's job is to widen the appreciation of the company's potential.By definition (given the stock has fallen some 75% from its high)the assumption must be that the existing broker, plus the management, have fallen short on selling that potential.I think there are two pretty clear cut concerns re Zinnwald.Firstly, planning permission ie will it be forthcoming.Secondly, the cost profile. There has been discussion in the past about the bottom line profitability of extracting the resource despite IRR assumptions that have been wheeled out.

The new broker was surprised how few investors had heard of Zinnwald. Let's see what they can do to change that

Indeed. If float price was 21p & per that note those holders have sold down and caused the share price collapse, then should not that be the first share price target short term if sellers have sold, project dynamics are the same if not improved since float & a few years nearer production?

DYOR and interested to get views as looks v. interesting.

Cheers

Yes detailed note. Obviously they say it is ridiculously cheap. Predict $30m equity funding this year ... at 34p. Interesting they note that if investors don't move soon then industry will. Will be interesting to see reaction ... meanwhile I'm adding on weakness etc

Tamesis seems to have involved in quite a few deals and financing initiatives with mining companies these past few years. They are a new company which were founded in 2016 and we’ll have to see what they can do here for Zinnwald.

31 pages to get through later but initially they seem to be talking up a share price of 40-60p
