AC can't run a bath. Stuck with assets that haven't delivered and can't get their hands on anything else to diversify. 2 failed announced acquisitions so far. Beyond comical imo. Palmer packing it in doesn't inspire any sign of confidence. Will the new man Sadoway ?

Mike Palmer has failed to deliver so no surprise there. I doubt this news will help the share price though. The market will want to see the back of AC IMO.

In addition, the vendor and Zenith take different views regarding the return of the deposit advanced by Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer & President of the Company, in good faith and support of the Proposed Acquisition. Zenith and Andrea Cattaneo consider the retention of the deposit by the vendor to be contrary to the mutually agreed terms and the parties' intention.

Does anyone know what else the $2m loan is secured against ?

The last RNS says Cattaneo is only a 3rd party guarantor so who else or what else can provide security ?

His 4.542m shares at the current value are only worth £177,000 at the mid price.

It will be drawn down in tranches. Maybe better still, what is the maximum under the terms that can be drawn down given the low value of Cattaneos shares ?

Obviously when you say trading these you must mean shorting..because the only direction this has been going is DOWN!!!!


All these pop ups that keep popping up about the new EU directive on data protection..one who has intentions of spaming or hacking has to beware of their actions and the consequencies..

Not long at all, I've been trading this ever since the 1000 goal post was moved and it became low budget to buy what they need.

So far sitting on good money...may put elsewhere soon...

Well no one has made any money going long in these for months..have you?....Thought not..that's why your posts come over as desparate, in that if everyone stops posting anything negative than everything will be fine and these clowns will start completing a task they set themselves.

I can understand your frustrations, and you like someone to blame for your bad investment decision in not selling out before the share price halved, but fear criticising the management in case they get upset.

Yh 3 bagging is something you will never do granny.You spend far too much time in stocks you don't own or don't short.Final question from me...And answer this properly without twisting it as you are not liked here by the majority of posters.
