Aren't Align already in here quite heavily?
Imo most likely they've come out with this to try to stop any further falls given theres no real news due til Dec when the rigs due to arrive.

Knock off 32p for incompetence and your valuation is 2p...seems fair.

34p would have been possible if this company was not run so badly!

With 214m shares in issue a share price of 34p would equate to a market cap. of £72m.

ZEN will only get there with a change of management and production hitting 1000 BOPD.

Once new shares are admitted to the market...these levels could be worth entering with a target medium term of at least bagging to around 7-8p which was ipo levels.Gl to any genuine holders, including poor granny

I, like most did a lot of research in these over 16 months ago...I didn't take into account the incompetence of these clowns running the show!!!.

Volume here very light, and a sub 4p bid locks in potential flippers.

What's not to like?

He talked about looking into them, meeting management and going out to see assets, there was a positive vibe - but he did state he would only include them after he had been out to see the assets. In fairness, the fact he left them off the bucket list after meeting management and doing a site visit was very telling.

The truth is, he like everyone else investing in oil&gas, gets it right ocassionally and has their fair share of howlers. Nothing can substitute ones own research.

This was not one of Malcy's bucket-list picks. Having been out there he held off including this in his final draft, opting instead for RBD. Wise move.

zengas,

I agree, not a good sign, and one suspects the deal might not be as good as you speculate!

The rig costs £8.1m (page 63 Prospectus).

Less £1.5m deposit = £6.6m to pay before interest.

They still haven't managed to say what the leasing costs are.

If over 6 years i'd expect it to be around £1m/year as at the end of the following 6 year period the rig would be gifted so £12m in payments over that period allowing for interest surely must be in that region. Just amazes me that they can't or won't disclose what it's costing in actual repayments.

Seems to have made a good deal, get to own the thing if they keep it for 12 years too which should give them time to finish a workover.
Knew my investment was safe. lol

cannot argue with you granny, however, I am picking out relevant parts of the CPR and posting them, for others that may have missed some of the changes since the last CPR in 2016.

The posts are designed to highlight the fact that despite the continual share price destruction and elusive workover result, there are other things going on behind the scenes which indicate that they are at least turning up for work.

Good god!!!!..SEA7 over on lse feels the need to over dosing on giving the minute details and excuses on how these incompetents are just managing to keep production levels at the same level as two fricking years ago, and how they are saving a few pounds here or there...

Instead of all the b.s coming from sea7 in the company's defence, nothing will change until these fools complete several workovers...and not one step forward three steps back..

They also state that since the signing of the REDPSA stable rates of production have increased by about 25STB/d. The stable rate back in 2016 was about 276 STB/d if I recal. So, 300STB/d is about right.

They carried out digital log analysis on a number of wells across the field to get a feel for the quality of the results that can be obtained from the older GIS logs.

One example of the benefit of this was M58, where several, potential hydrocarbon bearing uphole zones were identified. These zones will be examined during the future drilling operation and could result in major new uphole plays throughout these fields.
