20/6/2018 18:03 | How come the shares crashed around 3pm when the RNS was timed at 4.30pm ? These will drop to 4p this week. | tyranosaurus
20/6/2018 17:24 | Takes about 10 days before you can trade the shares bought via Primary Bid. | sleveen
20/6/2018 17:20 | A bit cheeky this bit: We have sought to keep the amount raised to the minimum necessary in order to mitigate the effects of dilution and enable the Company to raise more capital to support Zenith's growth at a later date with far more favourable valuations of its stock on the back of the strong operational results we are hoping to achieve. ------> At least you've been warned that another placing is on the way, strong operational results or not. | sleveen
20/6/2018 17:01 | 4 pence offer via primary bid. A big discount. Bought some myself. Tip if you open a Jarvis share active account you don’t pay the 25 pound fee. I use that account only for primary bid placings ...tern at 6.6p paid for all of the placings I have done with primary bid | barnetpeter
20/6/2018 16:58 | sleveen 16 May '18 - 07:38 - 3160 of 3299 Edit No significant dilution, so not more than 25% then? Correct; only a 21% dilution...@4p. | sleveen
18/6/2018 08:44 | No this is from the 16th May update.. "The Company's Board of Directors has decided to defer a decision on whether to proceed with the Proposed Acquisition until the second half of 2018 in order to focus on the near-term achievement of its operational objectives in Azerbaijan. The Company has exclusive rights to complete the Proposed Acquisition for a period of 90 days from March 23, 2018" So taking it they've lost the exclusive right to negotiate now. Will Andrea have to give up his deposit next? edited to add think they're wrong and 90 days from 23rd march ends Wed? | bad gateway
18/6/2018 08:37 | I thought that was when the rig was to arrive, to complete Z21 .. But who knows with this company, when they have a propensity to change plans like they change their underpants .. | grannyboy
18/6/2018 08:32 | From LSE too but no apparently not on the indonesian deal. It was only the exclusivity that ran out Friday. It was noted that they're not due to make a decision on it til Sept as per their most recent RNS on the matter. | bad gateway
18/6/2018 07:33 | Why would an ex-merril lynch director buy 5% of Zen? | bad gateway
18/6/2018 07:30 | Ex merryl lynch director holding RNS of c5%Building a stake | ravin146
17/6/2018 08:48 | In my view, for there to be a sustained rise in the share price and a new "floor" under it, they not only need to demonstrate that they can achieve a successful workover of z21 and have it on production and flowing continously, they also need to demonstrate that it was not a "one off" and that they have been able to address the mistakes they made before and apply them to z28, z3 etc and have those wells on production in a shorter timeframe than they have to date. Once the market sees this, then investors that are waiting for an uptrend to be established in the stock will start to buy. What annoyed me here, is the fact that the website was saying 350bopd production, whereas the accounts were quoting sales in the 275 region. They should be consistent in the metrics they quote in. Whilst one is production, the other is sales to zenith, they do not have to make the investors job harder!! With regards to TXP - it has always been lowly rated and I have never really put my finger on precisely why- although I haven't done much research on it, to be fair. | sea7
16/6/2018 12:53 | Nothing much I can disagree with there, sea7, but there are exceptions like TXP which I believe still well under valued... except that even if they get Z21 flowing it needs to flow at a meaningful rate( and over several positive updates, not one step forward, three back), and not just over a week or two through to the casing crumbling, or not done right in the first place.. The present share price is more than generous, due to the different production figures that has been intimated,ie one minute it's 350bpd, then it's 250bpd, then 300bpd, of course they are going to have stoppages in production when they install pumps/and or to move the pumps to lower depths. | grannyboy
16/6/2018 12:38 | trouble is granny, that any company that has timely and successful completion of plans, has a much higher price already, which reflects the strength and optimism of the stock. zen has not delivered a full workover from inception to production of any real note and is delayed again, this is reflected in share price, hence the opportunity. They have communicated their forward plans and as their history shows they rarely deliver on time, the weak stock price reflects this, so when they do deliver, the effect on the share price to the upside should be disproportionately positive. | sea7
16/6/2018 12:07 | What you have to ask yourself is, if the Indonesian asset is discarded, and the drill for Z21 dosn't turn up for three months, then I wouldn't be thinking of selling other investments to put into these, after witnessing the dire performance and broken promises of these over the last 16 months..Instead I'd be looking at companies with cheap valuations, and who complete on their plans... | grannyboy
15/6/2018 09:55 | These clowns don't need any help in putting a negative cloud over the company's performance ...They are quite capable of achieving that themselves...For which I congratulate them on doing a thoroughly good job !!!!. | grannyboy
15/6/2018 09:34 | Not everything goes up in a nice straight line - Sound Energy was 90 plus and look at I now. It's not to say they won't prove up the potential reserves, it's just over enthusiasm by investors on the way up followed by the day traders moving on.Interesting how many supposed investors are employed by interested parties, employed by spread betting companies and the like. Not that anyone would hold their hand up. | dgarvey
14/6/2018 13:45 | You should be asking 'will this go deal go through' ? This company has a record of not completing anything!! | grannyboy
14/6/2018 09:36 | Will they need a placing for this new asset?? | laptop15
13/6/2018 20:52 | ravin(dipla) are paranoid about whether people are long or short... | grannyboy
13/6/2018 20:50 | Yes agree Andy..And just a couple of days to find out of they have completed DD on the Indo asset, unless they drag it out for a further week or two. | grannyboy
13/6/2018 20:48 | Andy I agree with you entirely here.Lack of consistency, and continuous excuses has not helped. However there could be a great entry point soon, as the upside is getting greater if they can get a well producing and a new asset purchased (15th deadline)Luckily I have a small amount invested which I am free riding from the previous spike.Andy are you long or short? | dipla
13/6/2018 20:05 | Granny, Once it's apparent news is not imminent the hot money leaves, so yet another new alltime low after another at the moment, and hardly a surprise really. | andy
13/6/2018 19:49 | YES you are!! | grannyboy
13/6/2018 19:41 | Oh dear this guy doesn't stop the verbal diarrhoea! And no we are not the same poster! | ravin146 |
