When these clowns say "They are In negotiations to contract a rig'..

If there is a rig available for immediate usage, then these FOOLS should get the deal done, even if they have to pay 20% over the normal rates, seeing has it would only be used on z21, until they got the new rig that's on order to complete the other wells..

But this company has form when it comes to mislaid, stuck in customs, or just plain forgot to put the order in to the supplier, equipment..

With this saying in mind... "under promise..These will certainly NOT over deliver"..!!!

Many investors want to be lead by the hand rather than do their own research and make their own decisions, so Malcy serves their needs.

If he calls a few right in a rising market for example, he becomes a 'guru', and then people follow him in their droves.

People then go around BB's posting his predictions, and that can become a self fulfilling prophecy for a while, until the down cycle kicks in.

I was taking the Mick Andy.
I am not a fan. He has a sycophantic following, peeing their nappies waiting for the bucket list to arrive but, forgetting some of the other favourites along the way!!
All imho of course and dont forget ... dyor all!!

Don't they fly Malcy over to see the site?

I wonder who picks up the tab?

granny,

LOL!

Yes a nice bot of jam tomorrow added at the end there, will keep some punters happy I guess, and deflects from the poor performance to date.

I'm surprised the share price is steady after that, to be honest.

Hahaha..the reserves fall because these FOOLS fail to complete a workeover and so the oil they are producing(LOFL)isn't being replaced...

And this company NEVER fails to inject some humour and deluded optimism into the proceedings.ie:..

"All in average oil production costs will fall from the current US$19pb to a cost of US$13pb when the company achieves a production rate of 1000bp in Azerbaijan""

Now when is it again they intend hitting this target? ..end of this year wasn't it...

You can't beat this company for 'more jam tomorrow promises ' that never materialise!!

Muddy - thanks for the update on A-100, I'm still trying to get through all the past documentation to understand the company.

It's hard to find a standard definition - my understanding was that a workover rig didn't have the components or ability to turn a bit, i.e. it could trip pipe in and out and perform intervention activities, but it couldn't make hole. So I'll have to go and read up about M195

I've never read so much intellectually deficient drivel then what that imbecile sarge321 posts over on lse...And the worrying thing is there is a couple other posters who hang on to its every word..sort of like a comfort blanket!!

Lets be honest...the management here makes coco the clown look amateurish ,and the 7 dwarfs should be concerned that team 'A' are vying for their positions at the Xmas panto!!!..

It must be about now when Andrea the clown arranges another investor presentation...he starts to miss the sound of his own voice after so long..

Also 20% of the revenue also goes to SOCAR so it should be nearer the 300bopd.

Regarding the the A-100 ton rig it was announced they it had been delayed to June

Some workover rigs can drill a little, I would imagine the rig has a mud pit system(they sidetracked and drilled the infamous well M195 with a workover rig), you don't want to be drilling a complete well with it as it will not have decent solids control system etc and would not be efficient enough, but to deepen 300 meters should not be a problem. anyway I hope they get good enough production from Z21 and don't need to deepen.

To be honest, with a fat finger and a calculator, if they got $67/bbl and achieved $495k gross in March (31 days), it indicates around 235 bbl/day. For 30 days in April, and with the Urals oil price barely approachiong an average of 70/bbl over 30 days, the daily production must be pretty steady

But I've a question. In the 3Q report it notes
On January 25, 2018 the Company announced that it has signed a purchase agreement contract for the order of a new workover rig, (the "New Workover Rig"), with a well-established manufacturer based in
Azerbaijan. The New Workover Rig is designated as an A-100 truck-mounted workover rig...... Delivery of the New Workover rig is expected to take place ninety days from the signing of the purchase agreement contract

3 months would be April 25 - does anyone know if it's turned up yet?

Now they are contracting for a 150 ton workover unit to finish A-21... but workover rigs can't drill, so if they decide to deepen it, then a drill rig would need to be mobilised (or it would wait until the purchased one arrived)

Phew
