That is of course IF there ever was a deal in the first place ..

These have form when it comes to using diversionary methods to take the attention away from any upcoming failures(company incompetence) or delays(other's fault, never zens)..

Whether these will ever show they have the competence to complete anything is open to debate...history dosn't offer any comfort!!!

Just returned from a visit to the circus, and the head clowns make-up was based on pinochio, and every time an oil change for the clowns car was mentioned an inch grew onto the head clowns nose...and the numerous times the head clown kept slipping on the snake oil spilt by the head clown was hilarious!!!!HAHAHAHA!!!!

I still wet myself thinking about it...

if it was such a good deal in the first place why not give the vendors a further month for the info.

This company is an absolute disgrace...When they announced this central Asian deal in Jan, it was just a diversion from their failure to complete z21, and by now everyone should be wise to their. 'Its everyone's fault but theirs' and everything they say is just a ploy!!!!

From Malcy the Oracle An operational update from Zenith this morning which is encouraging as it shows that the significant investment in new kit is starting to pay off and is already being rewarded by a record oil production revenue month in March. At the Z-21 workover in the Zardab field the new equipment and the workover rig is now on site and will shortly pull out the tubing string and cut the tubing before running in-hole with the drill bit and hopefully start production.With this new, owned kit these operations are significantly more efficient and work is now performed by Zenith engineers and subcontractors are rarely needed. As I mentioned gross revenues in March were $490/- which is a good start to the 'new' Zenith and in that sentiment the company has sensibly decided to shut in a number of uneconomic wells which had extremely high water cuts. This will leave 300 b/d of more efficient production and 31 less wells to service. Finally the ESP upgrade programme continues with 11 new pumps added since February. Zenith is turning round with strong management, a good operational team that I have met and slowly admittedly but surely is getting back in shape.Link

Yes i've always thought team A was a diamond in the grass, and they are now only showing their true potential...they have come far since leaving their previous careers..ie:: hairdressers...road sweepers..and seaside deckchairs attendants...

But its now nice to see they will be having more responsibility thrust upon them by the departure of the 'experts' ex-nasa scientist!!!

$490k revenue but no mention of opex and if any cash has been generated by operations.

31 wells shut in as uneconomic for the last 12 months and only now has the decision been taken for the wells to be shut in. WTF?

And, if you were to add up all the funds that have been raised, the initial uk listing funds, plus since the uk listing through new share issues, twice, and warrant exercises, we as shareholders have NOTHING to show for it!!! Something is not right here.......

These guys couldn't run a bath never mind a company.
They have lost all credibility.
Cannot see them getting finance, debt nor equity, to purchase any new asset until they can prove the production from Azerbaijan. That's got to be a better option for current shareholders.
Daily production down 18% since listing. 300bbl/d to 245 bbl/d.
FFS!!!

Just had the daily visit over to lse, and they are now totting up their holdings....cattaneo must be thanking his lucky stars that there are some who have been supporting the share price...otherwise the share price wouldn't have had the support it has and would be a lot lower...thanks to the incompetence of these clowns running the company..
