("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE), the dual listed international oil & gas production company, is pleased to announce that Andrea Cattaneo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased 100,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of £0.0915 per Common Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Cattaneo now holds 1,747,485 Common Shares representing 1.51 per cent. of the Common Shares in issue.

Yes and not forgetting the bolt at the end of the drill bit needs tightening and the gromit needs pushing in on the bridge plug, there's so much to keep doing, it makes you wonder when they'll actually finish..

If all is progressing as we expect then they should be cementing, or have completed it and waiting the couple of days or so for it to cure.

If that report is accurate, then the drilling of the actual sidetrack for 60m was pretty straightforward and there will be no reason to expect the open hole section to be any different. It will be the chemical flushing, cementing and curing that will take the time now.

Then I would think that they will be looking at something like Drill stem tests etc.

Sea7, It will merely be an brief update, to reassure investors they are on not track or not.Whether we get an RNS before is a possibility, though if that is the case the well 195 will be done - my expectations now are it will be end of next week.

He is doing the usual charm offensive, which I see CEO's doing all the time. A few interviews, few canapes etc.

Agreeing to an interview just to raise the profile and chat about progress to date. Anything that is considered market sensitive and would warrant an rns will be off the table.

He can talk about drilling progress, but not about outcomes or lack of them.

zenith is a bronze sponsor at this event at the beginning of june...



So, Andrea will be looking to have something to brag about.

Whilst I will be looking forward to watching the interview with stefi, I won't be expecting anything special from it.

And what with sidetracking, casing, cementing, open hole drilling, acidising, etc, etc...I wonder when they'll run out of things they've still to carry out...

So if he can't give any price sensitive information, what can he say?

News re the drill is clearly price sensitive, so unless they release an RNS first, I don't know what he can say that is of interest.
