tks ravin, it would seem that, that news item, caused some buying and a move up in the share price.

If it is accurate then we should see chemical flushing etc, cementing, curing and then re-entering to drill the open hole section.

This should take nearly a week.

It will be nice to hear if Andrea has anything different to say in the interview, although he won't be giving us any market sensitive news for obvious reasons.

That'll be a novelty, But will it be good or bad?

Some pi's need the reasurance of an interview with the CEO, but we've had several with cattaneo, but no successful w/o yet, lets hope we're not disappointed or we don't have to wait an eternity longer..

someone on the lse board has paid for access to an article which claims that the company has completed the sidetracking of the casing string in m195.

If this is correct, then we should, Iirc, be moving onto chemical washes, cementing, curing and then re-entering the new sidetrack to drill the last 40m as open hole. Then we should be getting to the point of flow rates.

It takes a few days for cement to cure.

£300k to £500k is reasonable based on 1000bbls a day. I am assuming he is using $50 a barrel pricing when he made that estimate.

Yep I have the budget for this years workovers at the low end of estimates, so really I should have that at the upper end from the cpr which was $32k per well and $60k from more recent estimates by the ex -cfo.

Looking at an average of $45k we would be looking at $450k for the program rather than $250k, which is still well within the capacity of the company at this time.

Thanks for pointing that out ravin, I had looked at the cpr figure and put it in the post, without applying the possible uplifts to it.

Sea7,I reckon though the budget for workovers is very low...I would probably double your $250k as the ex-cfo stated costs were if I am not wrong, $40-60k (+costs for unexpected drilling)...Regardless the CEO believes it the rev could reach $300 to 500k, again correct me if I'm wrong.Based on past presentations.The interview this week will be very interesting as the CEO, rightly so will be questioned on the speed of thing by many, but I've been invested in many oil firm...drilling takes time and not all is based on budgets, it is about experience imo. I believe ZEN has got the experience/training balanced well.

yep, on top of the c.£100k a month free cash flow we have at the moment. Some capex is coming out of the cash raised at listing, so we are fully funded this year.

looking at the costings I see

for azer

$1m pa fixed field costs
$3000 per month per well.
$10 stb variables cost

$1.5m being spent upgrading gathering facilities
$250k for ten workovers for 2017. Extra costing on sidetrack.

Current revenue on 300bbls a day covers everything with a fair bit of cash left over each month, so we are still covering ourselves well and on track for production increases.
