16/3/2018 12:08 | “That they accepted it implies they thought the share price was toppy.” I am not so sure. People won’t buy into a placing unless they think there is some upside and this company is really at the very beginning of a potentially very exciting journey. The way I look at it is people are prepared to buy large amounts at £10.00 when I bought at far lower levels not so long ago....... I was wondering whether to take profits but seems like these are worth keeping IMO. BWDIK | the millipede
14/3/2018 21:17 | Been watching this for a while but thought I had let the share price get away too far. Fortunately the placing presented an opportunity too trmptimg to resist given the hefty discount. Sadly I paid a smidge above the placing price and that was with Selftrade. Melody - can you kindly tell who your broker is (or perhaps you usec direct market access?) Thanks. | quant_investor
14/3/2018 13:26 | Anyone looking for an entry point - buy now, sadly fully invested till next tax year begins. Agree with other posters, placing was appallingly done, its a good solid investment story just price it a coupe of percent below average price of the last week, sigh. As they grow hopefully their broker will be replaced. | brucey6onus
14/3/2018 12:28 | melody9999- I read somewhere that he identified a gap/niche in the market as a result of his own SME being shafted by energy suppliers, did he mention this? Frustration (vengeance even?)can be a very strong motivational force behind a successful business, fingers crossed. | firtashia
14/3/2018 11:52 | took a small initial position here this morning at just below the placing price. like the story and impressed with Bobby Kalar at a recent presentation. | melody9999
14/3/2018 11:18 | Idiots would have been better off omitting the share price info altogether. Obviously the share price will immediately fall/rise to whatever they are willing to take it at. It's like they asked for it... Can only hope it to be a chance for all to top up before the next leg up... Which won't be for a while as this has just gone into consolidation. Long term play here. | from8to800
14/3/2018 10:32 | Very unimpressed with the level of discount on the placing. That they accepted it implies they thought the share price was toppy. | 18bt
14/3/2018 10:03 | Having immediately opened a position on the announcement that the company says it already expects to beat FY19 revs and PBT forecasts, I find myself 20% down only a week or later. Ho hum. Going to try and cobble a few more pennies together in order to add to my position. | firtashia
07/3/2018 09:46 | IC initial comment yesterday: Shares in Yu Group (YU) are up more than 13 per cent this morning following the release of the group’s full year results. The group has grown rapidly since its 2016 initial public offering, achieving revenues in 2017 of $47m - 50 per cent higher than its previous target of £30m. This looks set to grow further, with contracted revenue for 2018 already in excess of £50m. | 18bt
07/3/2018 09:14 | smithless - if meters are read every six months then on average you have the whole of the final quarter on estimated reading. This being the peak quarter of usage you would expect significantly more than a quarter of the revenue to be estimated in this way, so a 29% proportion being estimated looks reasonable on this basis. Your other data point on free cash flow ignores the comments about receivables building up at year end with cash since received. | tradertrev
06/3/2018 14:05 | All of the above may well be true. However, I do like to look at the profit column for this particular share in my portfolio. | stewpot3
06/3/2018 11:27 | The valuation of this company is mad IHMO - Actual revenue billed for electricity was £28.4m, the balance is estimated usage of £11.6m. So 24.7% of the total revenue of £46.9m is estimated. A Utiliywise in the SME sector? - Free cashflow £6000! A valuation of £195m makes Inspired Energy valuation of £122m look a bargain, although I would like to see how it handles IFRS15 in its FY17 accounts before confirming that. If it wasn't so illiquid I would short it | smithless
06/3/2018 08:51 | Potentially long term this has somewhere to go but it's operating on such high expectations that anything negative at all is gonna have a massive effect. | michaeljames1
06/3/2018 08:38 | Because the mkt thinks it has v strong growth prospects and that seems to be the case with potential in water to add to growing the customer base. | 18bt
06/3/2018 08:33 | Agree, great results. I make the PER to be 70? (I was using 1200(beginning SP)/17 [EPS reported today]) | madchick
06/3/2018 08:06 | And the mkt price reacts accordingly ... | 18bt
06/3/2018 07:15 | Cracking results this morning - upgraded 2019 forecast and the market is already at PTP of £7.5, EPS of 37.3. Yes it stands on a 2019 PER of 33x, but it keeps on giving. | 18bt
29/1/2018 21:21 | What a quiet bb! Great statement today. | allstar4eva
29/1/2018 07:19 | Fantastic update, more than justifying the huge share price growth in 2018. Looks the real deal. | 18bt
29/1/2018 07:14 | Great results! | ck1987
29/11/2017 19:44 | Continue to add... | vanduke
27/10/2017 12:38 | Interesting movement today - A little short term profit taking or whiff of bad news? | stoneme
26/10/2017 09:20 | I hold 10k shares and looking to add further. | vanduke
24/10/2017 17:20 | I posted and declared my interest on the 6th Oct & queried why so little interest - This has all the hallmarks of a good medium/long term investment. Not adding, due to portfolio balance - But hold 6000 of these.Stoneme | stoneme
24/10/2017 17:00 | Another 1k for me today.. | vanduke |
