Available market just increased with this morning's announcement. Not sure as much to go for as with SMEs, but it all helps

The Naked Trader bought in at the beginning; and now so have I. He says in his latest update : "Yu Group (YU.) looks interesting: supplies gas to businesses. Impossible really to weigh this one up financially as it's so new but I've tucked a few away in the ISA, see how it goes. Could go well." GLA...

Picked up a shareholding via an Octopus EIS scheme. According to the note I got, Octopus expect the revenues to reach £14.5m in 2016 and then double to £27.2m in 2017 and make £2m PTP

In addition, contracted revenues for 2016 of £8.4m, with a current total of 795 gas meters and 955 electricity meters implies a current average of over £4,500 per meter.

Contracted revenues for 2016 are £8.4m. (Up from £3.9m in 2015.) I would have thought valuation will be based more on profits and dividends, etc than on a direct correlation with revenue per meter. That said, even if revenue had to equal market cap we would need to remove the cash from the market cap - so let's say a £20m valuation which actually gives us a target of 15,000 meters at £1,300 to get to the current valuation. Can't see why that sort of correlation would hold but it is a far cry from 100,000! Of more interest to me is that 95% of the shares are held by the founder or by certain institutions that tend to hold for the long term....... giving around 700,000 shares in play. Not much, if people start to notice this IMO.

MCAP £26 Million divide by 3000 supply points values each meter at over £8,000. Average spend per meter £1,300! (Ending 2015). They need 100,000 meters to justify current MCAP IMO
