22/9/2016 11:13 | Hello shareholders.I just can't decide here if I should just commit right now as I failed to pull the trigger on Tuesday due to poor liquidity as I can get a quote now. Or should I wait for a pull back? Thing is this may go higher even from here and I may end paying more even if it does come off a bit. Growth is very impressive and dare I say they have found a niche? Very interesting share and well done to holders who recognised the potential here early. | fruitninja84
22/9/2016 08:35 | Buy order in today for a few more - stock seems to be hard to find :-( | puzzler2
22/9/2016 08:22 | Thanks for the new thread saucepan, off to a great start. :-) | cfro
21/9/2016 22:34 | I'll also join you two here, chester and saucepan. My buy yesterday is now in profit and I should probably now add, but the limited free float does make one feel that just buying a few will alter the price. Prospects here look very good. | puzzler2
21/9/2016 20:03 | Thank You Saucepan for opening a new thread. With YU being so illiquid I think we're going to see some big moves, hopefully more to the upside. I'm quietly confident we will. | chester
21/9/2016 19:28 | Significant volume today, which hopefully augurs well. | saucepan
21/9/2016 19:27 | I have opened a new thread here: | saucepan
21/9/2016 19:26 | I have opened a new thread with charts and news in the header. The Shares website provided a good write-up of yesterday's results, which can be found here: The feature referenced some Shore Capiital estimates: I had not seen these before. They go further out than data currently available on ShareScope. Moreover, ShareScope's figures are more conservative, so I suspect analysts upgraded their numbers yesterday. | saucepan
21/9/2016 19:20 | Yu Group is a Business Energy Supplier: a "new kid on the block" and challenger to the "Big 6". The Company was floated on 17 March 2016. Consumer-facing website: Investor Relations website: | saucepan
21/9/2016 19:08 | Great to see you here, cfro. me me has not been around on ADVFN since March and not responded to a private message. I'll open a new thread. | saucepan
21/9/2016 18:08 | Hi chaps, I decided to join you both today. Only bought a small holding however, late this afternoon, for the reason of the bad liquidity and 5% free-float. I wouldn't as a rule invest in shares with such a small free-float as this stock but there are so many bullish reasons for buying in that it was just too tempting not too. :-) The half year results released yesterday were stunning. There was a loss but this was 'only' c.£280k. Revenues up by nearly double and they have contracted revenues already in the bag for the full-year of £15m. That is some rate of growth!!! Of course that figure of £15m will almost certainly be added to as there is still over three months left to the end of the FY. Technical breakout on the chart too with two bullish engulfing candles both today and yesterday. The only caveat here, which is a 'big one' is the very small free-float. I can't see how Institutions can buy in here so the stock will be driven primarily by PI's. Market makers can and will whack the price both up and down by a considerable margin in order to make a reasonable market. In a nutshell expect volatility! (ps would appreciate a new thread with charts of anyone would oblige). | cfro
21/9/2016 15:34 | Noted, chester. Significant volume today :-) | saucepan
21/9/2016 14:35 | Just me and you here Saucepan. If 'me me' doesn't show up soon may'be we should start a new thread ? | chester
20/9/2016 09:42 | me me: do you still look in here? If so: would you consider putting a chart in the header, please? | saucepan
20/9/2016 09:20 | Starting to get a bit of movement in the price now. | chester
20/9/2016 08:05 | Very happy with those results and the sound of the mouth-watering growth in prospect. | saucepan
19/9/2016 08:12 | MFM Techinvest Special Situations has taken a position.. | chester
15/9/2016 08:45 | I opened a position here today, hopefully with a view to long term hold if things go well. Results on Tuesday. | saucepan
09/6/2016 16:32 | I see the CFO bought 20k shares last week. £50k investment which is comforting. | 18bt
18/4/2016 07:46 | Available market just increased with this morning's announcement. Not sure as much to go for as with SMEs, but it all helps | 18bt
13/4/2016 15:47 | Up 13% with 5k traded only.Massive shortage of stock here... MM's being forced to drive the price up on tiny volume...Top up for me today - This is going to 300 in no time imo. | tallprawn
08/4/2016 18:47 | Ticked up on every buy today... Looks ready to stretch its legs further next week. This will really move quickly with a bit more volume. | tallprawn
31/3/2016 19:17 | The Naked Trader bought in at the beginning; and now so have I. He says in his latest update : "Yu Group (YU.) looks interesting: supplies gas to businesses. Impossible really to weigh this one up financially as it's so new but I've tucked a few away in the ISA, see how it goes. Could go well." GLA... | starpukka |
