In my opinion BK just like the guy from TEP is doing is now and has done previously is bow to shareholders, but can't see this happening unless YU move to the Main Market Why would you sell say a million shares for say £20 when in your eyes they will be worth a lot more . Isn't that's what long term investors do ?

Have people even considered Shell consider this as a partnership to help YU grow into a multi billion pound business securing shell energy.Rather than Shell screwing over business. Not a great advert for Shell if that was the case.Looks like our scaremonger was way off the mark and thanks to some good research it's an industry norm and smartest was no different.Tut tut maybe more focus on our CFO from 6 years ago.

No mention of profitability, liquidity and asset value for the previous covenants. It will be completely different with the Shell deal due to the elimination of cash collateral.Okay nobody knows the details and fair okay SNN for digging it out.

SparkyYeah right, nobody still knows the detail and previous covenants wouldn't have been anywhere near the same as with Shell given their risk was mitigated via the cash collateral. If folks believe Shell aren't going to screw their margins one way or another then they are living in cloud cuckoo land IMO. They've in effect handed them c £49m in released cash collateral so they will get their return one way or another.

Very interesting post from SNN on LSE who has done some research The covenants with Shell is no different to what was in place with Smartest and is normal business in the sector. Suggest people read it
