The 13-to-6 vote by members of an environmental committee is the first of several hurdles that the controversial proposal would need to clear before becoming a proposal capable of being voted on.

It would require support from two thirds of the full assembly to become part of the draft charter that will be put to a referendum later this year.

The vote drew the ire of the country’s huge mining industry – which is state-dominated anyway by the world’s biggest copper miner in Codelco.

I guess a lot of people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the cheap shares to dry up and awaiting circa 5p levels as shown in previous retracements. This now might be entering the new trading range with more buyers taking the plunge for the FOMO.

Arcadian is spot on. Forget the day to day share price fluctuations because the XTR share price is definitely trending up. Why? Because the fundamentals are so strong. Investor sentiment towards XTR is also very strong. The chart shows this. It went strongly bullish in early October when the 50 day EMA rose above the already rising 200 day EMA. That's known as a bullish Golden Cross!
