Villa, far too illiquid a stock to tell from charts.
See how difficult it is to trade from above; it has been the same for years.

Maybe the big hike on 29 September last year is the one to question.
The trend before that was a CAGR of 35% approx. So the top trend line on that channel would still be intact at 2630'ish.

Support is when the gap gets closed at around 2600.

Consensus forecast EPS for FY 2018 is 175p. Paying 20x gives 3500p.
Remember this is in the main a USD earner so 175p could be conservative on currency translation.

Lots of little sells as pi's take profits. Easy to understand given current gloomy economic climate and the dastardly brexit but misguided imo. Top up time here for me.

Some large sells this morning including one of 25000 shares; more of a buying opportunity IMO especially after very decent interims recently.

Sogoesit - Yes, the same applies to many 'illiquid' shares. My view on XPP is it's best held (at the level you want ie number of shares) on a very long term basis, keep pocketing the divi and hope that the management keep doing the right thing which I think they will do.

Yesterday was marked down at the get go with some small sellers drawn in early and then volume building.

Similar this morning: the UT was 1 share at 3250p.

(It's an illiquid share; don't get caught out... or take advantage, however you see it).

Yes I dont think it's anything bad. Possibly just not much on the orderbook at the time, and an itchy small seller. Pity, as I wouldn't of minded buying some at that price, but much too busy today to free up funds and buy some.

looks a messy seller around or perhaps they have got an acquisition and fund raising going on and MM's walking price down to the fund raisng price. Very hard to buy or sell at present

The first quarter dividend payment of 16.0 pence per share was made on 11 July
2018. The second quarter dividend of 17.0 pence per share will be paid on 11
October 2018 to shareholders on the register at 14 September 2018.

The compound average growth rate in dividends over the last 10 years has been
13%.

Any company that can demonstrate success in North America (in this case 22% organic growth driven by the semiconductor fab industry and 61% of total revenue) is worthy of a place in my portfolio.

It's always a worry when a company goes on an acquisition trail that it will be an exercise in empire building - large outlay with little return. So it is encouraging that the recent acquisitions look to be able to match the sort of returns on invested capital that we are used to with XPP - Comdel net profit of £1.7m for 6 months as against total consideration of £18.8m.
