250k buy just printed. I've added to my small holding. Like the raise as was purely a raise (rather than an exit for some) and directly for M&A.

Ory sending a message!

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 18 January 2018, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 31,580 Ordinary Shares at a price of 188 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 4,031,820 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.97% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

There are no notifiable short positions but 0.35% of the stock was out on loan in December according to Euroclear's December report published in early Jan.

In the run up to the placing I suspect this may have increased - the FCA estimates that 20% of transactions immediately prior to placings are suspicious but, cheerfully go on to say this is in fact an improvement to a decade ago where they estimated it was 30%!

Whatever it is there are some 100k sells going through. Someone is unloading which seems a bit daft as instis were paying more a few days ago.

Shorters giving their first fleecing clip of the year to those who bought on leverage in the 210p zone only to be blind-sided by the modestly discounted placing would be my guess.

Pshevlin - by the way my 300p price is based on the business as of pre raising of cash, i honestly have no idea what will happen if Ory spend the lot one would assume plus 300p in 2018.

Ory has a plan i love. To be consolidator in a fragmented market.

I could list a few companies but if i am honest i would love to XL media pick up one of the gaming operators, i know in the past Ory has proudly said that Xl media often makes more money per player than the operator i think this is very much the case with at least 80 to 85% of the gaming companies but i really think with his skills the traffic they can provide a skilled team XL would crush it.
