17/1/2018 09:43 | i bought some more at 199.5...cant really see too much risk here now unless other than normal market meltdown etc. | nimbo1
17/1/2018 09:21 | Agreed Acamas, we will hopefully see more institutional buying as the new shareholders build their positions. | jgoold
17/1/2018 09:16 | share price will close in Dec 2018 at 300p i was bang on for 2017, Dec 2020 this bd boy will 500p at that point i will be selling. | oneillshaun
17/1/2018 08:21 | They had no trouble with getting The Placing away. I bet there were more II's who would have liked to be involved. From the RNS wording XLM may have already got specific expansion in mind for this cash; as one or two posters have indicated look forward short term to say December 2018 does anyone believe the price will not be closer to £3 rather than £2 it is currently | acamas
17/1/2018 07:58 | Excellent business, all this will take Xlm to a new level, exciting times ahead. | igoe104
17/1/2018 07:39 | The TAP and XLM capital raises were achieved at circa 10%/12% discounts of their highest achieved closing share prices, so not dissimilar at that respect. | shanklin
17/1/2018 07:20 | This was done at minimal discount to prior closing prices. Gives the message that the market rates XLM. Compare that to deep discounted fund raising where the market obviously is pricing in higher risk for their money. Good move for XLM,cash raised for more assets = slice of a bigger pie. | owenski
17/1/2018 07:08 | Chief Executive Officer of XLMedia, Ory Weihs, commented: "We are delighted to have received such strong support from both existing and new shareholders as we continue to see a significant opportunity to grow XLMedia both organically and through acquisition. "This fundraising will enable us to fully capitalise on acquisition opportunities we have identified in key verticals." Very pleased with the price - 198p. It was at 198p only 5 days ago. | metis20
17/1/2018 07:07 | Chris?. Spellchecker, should be complain | ayl30
17/1/2018 07:06 | Yes, we can't Chris McLain it was heavily discounted | ayl30
17/1/2018 07:06 | Yes excellent news. This could easily be a Blue day! "Company has conditionally placed 16,000,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 198 pence per Ordinary Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately £31.7 million." | martinthebrave
17/1/2018 07:03 | 198. Very impressive price :) | nimbo1
17/1/2018 00:56 | Agree with riv - that's what the market is for. One step back to go two steps forward has got to be a good thing - in fact it seems strange that XLM has zero borrowings at present* - especially since affiliate sites provide annuity-like income and growth to boot. Great news that the acquisition pipeline is strong - means they can cherry pick the very best deals/sites. *I am aware that when they have had debt they have paid it off fast! | gargleblaster
16/1/2018 23:07 | From tonight's RNS - it won't be long until there's acquisition news, and Ory's track record in finding heavily earnings-enhancing purchases is extremely good. This is what the stock market is for. It will add to XLM's liquidity and will increase institutional interest in the company. If XLM can get it done at 200p+ then even better..... "The Board has identified a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities and is in various stages of due diligence with respect to several of these opportunities" | rivaldo
16/1/2018 20:50 | Don’t have a go at traders melf, they make a market and push the price up on good news. No such thing as a permanent investor imo. I hold my hold stocks while they go up...doesn’t mean I’m not an investor - holding period can last a month or many years. Xlm has many years ahead of decent growth but plenty won’t like the 5-10 percent fall tomorrow, many long term investors included | nimbo1
16/1/2018 20:46 | Like i said yesterday lots of solid affiliate companies out there making create money with some great domains, if the XL team see value lets scoop them up. If the share price drops below 200p sell other assets get buying long term this will be huge you will see 300p this year. | oneillshaun
16/1/2018 20:13 | Cash and cash equivalents reported in the interims RNS was c.US$40mn Since then, cash outflow on acquisitions (both paid and to be paid) amounts to c.US$30mn - this on the basis of RNS info. It is easy to see therefore why another c.US$30mn might well be required for further acquisitions. From today' proposed placing RNS "The Board has identified a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities and is in various stages of due diligence with respect to several of these opportunities, although there can be no certainty that these will lead to successful acquisitions in the near term. The Board therefore believes the Placing will better position the Group to take advantage of the opportunities as they become available." | metis20
16/1/2018 19:57 | The highly leveraged may be feeling a little nervous about tomorrow but for the rest of us as with TAP today, it may throw up a buying opportunity as Ory has a very good track record with acquisitions. | mount teide
16/1/2018 19:32 | It's amazing how many "investors" are worried about tomorrow's share price rather than what the share price might be in a year or two...maybe they should take their money down the bookies instead. | melf
16/1/2018 19:18 | pazzuzu 16 Jan '18 - 19:13 - 6822 of 6822 (Filtered) he's clearly intellectually challenged however I don't need to read this garbage | waspfactory
16/1/2018 19:00 | 7.8% dilution would equal 189p. As the cash is clearly earmarked for earnings enhancing acquisitions, some of which are part way down track, I would guess 195p placing with the share price opening around 200p? | martinthebrave
16/1/2018 18:59 | SCH need to spend their cash rather than raise more ;) | mysteronz
16/1/2018 18:34 | SCH next then :-) | panic investor |
