zcaprd7 - I use DS2P for that - only a quick trade yesterday I'll probably scale into that if markets start to retreat. Should've waited with VILX, my old rule was to wait until VIX falls to 15-18 and then sell when VIX marches over 20, but greed got the better of me ... Last year did very well with VILX, this year is another story :-(

Hard to remember a time when so many talking heads, esp from main houses are warning that the S&P is over priced and yet it still rises.

When the UK market closed on Thursday, VIX was at 19.12 and VILX 23.9p
At current time, VIX is pretty much unchanged at 19.05 but VILX is down 8% at 22 p
Lovely product (cough cough) !

Unemployment rate fell 0.1% for march so the fed can still justify raising rates still albeit at a slower pace which will inevitably result in recession

The market still seems to think the Fed will come to the rescue if things go pear shaped, but fighting inflation is still their main focus - surely no pivot anytime soon ?
