They are buying - if you look at the last RNS you will see that in addition to their holding they also have a CFD - combined they total 10.01%.

Routine stuff - nobody is dumping - but then in this market nobody is buying either :-(.

Closed up today.

either Threadneedle or MMs are dumping a load at knowck down prices. Under 220 now. Tried contacting wkp to see whats going on but no response from the company

10 for one rights issue means the drop was in effect from just over 5% to just under. Could be an adjustment in their holding level or the start of a sell out you'll have to wait for another holdings announcement to see if they are selling down or simply reducing a bit of exposure...

am I reading the last RNs right? Threadneedle has effectively reduced it holding from somewhere around 50% to below 5% and presumably intends to offload the whole lot. Who has bought the shares? Are MM's holding a massive amount or has this been a long drawn out process which is now over. anyone got any views? It seems to me that half the company has changed hands or am I wrong?
