Closed at 27.0p.

All the excitement is over now, the rights issue was a big success.

The 1 for 10 share consolidation becomes effective at 8:00AM on Monday the 8th August. We will need to get that out of the way before the next consolidation can begin.

Looking for 295.0p in 4 to 6 weeks time.

Interim results and restated NAV due on Monday the 14th November.

foolishly, i had it in my head it was 26 july for the rights take up. so i've missed out. i understand i will still get a cash payment for my rights allocation, but that the amount is still tbc. anyone got any experience of how that works?

Closed at 27.25p.

Director buying - Daniel Kitchen (current Non-Executive Director & Chairman Designate) buying 375,000 of the nil-paid rights (WKPN) at 3.5p each - roughly equivalent to 26.5p (3.5p+23.0p) a share when exercised.



This shows his confidence and he will have to fork out £86,250 on top of the £13,125 he has already shelled out - say £100,000 all in.

This is exactly what he should be doing as the incoming Chairman.

And I suppose I could add that he is already in pocket based on today's closing share price

so as I understand that is effectively a Director buy of 375K shares at 23p = c £85K..... unless of course he sells them again before 26 july.

Some brokers have different (earlier) dates, I'd check soon for the corporate actions details. I think iii (who I quite like as a broker) has the deadline a week or so earlier.

For those who are interested, WKPN (the 'nil paid' rights) were trading at 3.5p today...

...as expected really, 23.0p + 3.5p is 26.5p - the shares closed at 26.25p.

I think that it will be pretty solid from here on - but to recover back to pre RI levels will take time.

I bought some more yesterday to pick up the dividend.

Decent volume today with a huge UT in the closing auction.

Closed at 26.25p - up 0.25p.

Recovered half of todays dividend :-).
