Budget may help SME sector.
Olympics may also support London properties.
Decent asset value v price.
Rather more dividends would assist.
Tuck away for longer term.
300p+ will come.

around 224p is where its seemed to bottom out over the last while before bouncing back into the 230s. Looking back at prices for the last year it closed one friday at 242p and the next mondays close was at 210p and then were mad price swings next few days between 220s & 250s. hope that wont be on the cards again with the current set up

Then on monday does it stone act and drops. Looking at it noe Tuesday morning at 229p. starting to wonder could this be a take over target in the near future with the lack of momentum in the price

Still uncertainty in the economy especially in the SMe sector which is the target market the offices are aimed at. Wkp dont seem to push their name or pr either so not showing up with investors as somthing to get into. Will happily take 4% rises for the next few weeks push the £3 mark and then decide to stay in or get out

Cannot for the life of me understand why this stock is so unloved and undervalued. Last time I looked the NAV was way ahead of where the share price is at present. Debt levels OK what's going on? Commercial property is up about 30% over three years so why isn't this being re-rated?
