50.0p is just ridiculous

40p'll do nicely then, thank you :)

With a re-rating and the look of the current chart, this has every opportunity of ticking up to 50p in the next year.

My opinion, we shall have to beg to differ. Don't forget to buy back in soon :-

Sounds like a man who has sold some or all of his holding (around 26p) and hoped to buy back lower, only to se it go higher. If not, why de-ramp ?

I'm not ramping or de-ramping - 50.0p is just ridiculous - as stocka has pointed out already - what are you smoking?

FYI 50.0p would be a 66% premium to the NAV if the NAV was 30.0p which it's not, it's currently 28.0p.

I think you need to study 'Property stocks for beginners'...

"50p with ease"!!! HaHa.. What are you guys smoking? LOL

That's exactly what I thought when I read the post - for the avoidance of doubt, 50.0p is NOT possible within the next year.

This will be re-rated and 50p is certainly a target over the next year !

The city like this company and a breakthrough past 30p should take this one to 50p with ease.

Holding nicely at the highs, this is now primed to move higher. Would like to see a steady tick up from here. Am very confident about this company. There is little to stop this rising to 50p now on the chart in time.

Seems to be in it's own private hell hole today :-(.

And earlier in the week I was thinking that it had held it's recent gains extreamly well during the CGT season.

Results in early June - I'm estimating a 0.55p dividend.

wow some one else who had an Apple II - I had one back in the day; cost pretty much all of £6000. If I'd put that into Apple shares instead I'd probably be retired by now...

Yes - very true :-(.

It's a mystery...

...the only problem with the iPad is that the TDW site bars access to Safari. They may join the modern world in the summer I'm told.

Otherwise - the iPad is really cool - even if it's only a discounted MK1 from Tesco Direct :-).

It's the first Apple I've owned since my beloved Apple II back in my university days.

purpleipad is hardly trashing this thread...

he's stating hard facts - the numpter who wrote of a 97% fall completely omitted to mention that there was a rights issue resulting in increased share capital
