Strange news today as I was expecting WKP to sell the Wandsworth estate once planning permission had been granted rather than enter into a risk sharing deal with a residential developer. The proceeds could have been used to either pay down the debt or fund new acquisitions. Is WKP a commercial property company or a residential developer?
