06/4/2011 18:22 | Stocka, LOL - next resistance 50.0p - not in month of Sundays! I don't think the man has remembered to factor in the 10 for 1 RI two years ago. We have yet to consolidate at this level. Can't see much more upside before the results in June. We will get another NAV figure then, but I would be supprised if it was as high as 30.0p based on recent sector reporting. For example IRET's report yesterday. But - nice to see it trading just below the current NAV of 28.0p :-). | purpleipad
04/4/2011 18:26 | strong close that. highest close in a few years in fact | brando69
02/4/2011 09:56 | News: "Workspace hubs aim to woo the entrepreneurs 1 Apr 2011 London's biggest landlord for start-ups is to open 12 "entrepreneur hubs" across the capital. Workspace hopes its Touchdown centres, set up within its existing sites, will attract small business owners looking for temporary office space where they can combine working with networking. The first two centres will open next month in Clerkenwell Workshops and The Leathermarket near Tower Bridge, with another 10 planned for the following 12 months. Kennington and Westbourne Studios are among the other sites being considered. Membership costs £75 a month." | rivaldo
01/4/2011 17:44 | Stocka, I was pointing out that they only sold 7.1% of their holdings not 7.1% of the company. | purplebox
01/4/2011 17:09 | "purplebox - 1 Apr'11 - 15:34 - 7288 of 7289 ...Newton Investment Management sold 7.1% of it's holding. It's just normal business for funds like this - yesterday was the end of the quarter." ----- Purple they only went from 5.29 TO 4.91% so sold 4,334,882 shares. Not sure where you got the 7.1% from? | stockadoodle
01/4/2011 16:49 | Pleased it has finished the week at this level - it consolidates the new trading range - would not get as excited as to call it a breakout but then did not expect that from WKP. | melody9999
01/4/2011 15:34 | RNS - Holding(s) in Company Profit taking yesterday... ...Newton Investment Management sold 7.1% of it's holding. It's just normal business for funds like this - yesterday was the end of the quarter. | purplebox
01/4/2011 15:17 | Seems the market took it as a sell indicator - flury of sellers at 27.5p. | purplebox
01/4/2011 15:13 | Stockadoodle - 1 Apr'11 - 15:09 - 7285 of 7285 Yeah but a big ask with 926000 sitting on the offer!!! And the 'buy bot' has been working extremely hard here today... | purplebox
01/4/2011 15:09 | Yeah but a big ask with 926000 sitting on the offer!!! | stockadoodle
01/4/2011 15:06 | 28.0p on the offer - equal to the current NAV... ...scary stuff! | purplebox
01/4/2011 13:37 | aye aye, upwards and onwards again! | sweetg
30/3/2011 23:22 | I hold in my ISA too. Much to my surprise this is now 120% up for me - I never thought I'd get a doubler out of this, or that I'd hold for as long as I have. But with a restatement of the NAV soon, as purplebox says, there could still be a fair bit more to come | rivaldo
30/3/2011 21:46 | i'm ISA'd up to hilt here | brando69
30/3/2011 17:12 | mreasygoing - 29 Mar'11 - 22:53 - 7277 of 7279 The key is that resistance has been broken, from a chart perspective its great news going forward. With the recent higher volume than normal it aslo indicates that those in the know are perhaps getting in now before the NAV is revised. The NAV will be rerated - that's always been a given IMO. Final results due 6th June or nine weeks time. But - the hard part is staying at this level. Will holders resist taking profits for CGT reasons and not use their allowance here - or does everybody hold in their ISA... | purplebox
30/3/2011 14:27 | it be looking tasty | brando69

29/3/2011 12:10 | hard to get excited about holding a share at 27p if nav is only 28p. i would expect to see nav revised upwards in next update | brando69
29/3/2011 10:19 | brando69 - 29 Mar'11 - 10:10 - 7274 of 7274 26p will be the new support i reckon Might be a tad lower but I think that we are seeing a new trading range here. WKP tends to trade within a range of 2.0p to 2.5p. Last week I was thinking that 25.25p was the new 21.25p - long term holders will know what I mean, but perhaps now that might be a little low. The NAV is 28.0p and will get restated to 31st March in the results due in June. | purplebox
29/3/2011 10:10 | 26p will be the new support i reckon | brando69
28/3/2011 17:05 | Held above 26p at the close, should see a steady tick up from here :- | mreasygoing |
