12/7/2021 22:27 | Be nice to climb through 900p as we all go back to the office. | its the oxman
30/6/2021 14:25 | Added few at 825 today which is effectively 808 with divi tomorrow, no idea if low but looking longterm. Think covid cases keep rising short term on football | hindsight
30/6/2021 13:55 | Very tempted to buy more, just got to guess the low point. Reopening news could see the cyclical sell off reverse and wkp seems to be better placed than many for a genuine recovery. | its the oxman
30/6/2021 12:01 | xdiv tomorrow so could drop below 800. But I'm still bullish here. Suet | suetballs
17/6/2021 16:08 | No evictions for unpaid rent until 25th March next year. Hopefully this won't affect us too much! Suet | suetballs
15/6/2021 16:48 | Added few today, either way think this last delay. But high risk maybe told to shield | hindsight
04/6/2021 08:39 | If institutions buy into recovery here , as I believe is happening, 1000p will be here very soon. | its the oxman
03/6/2021 14:31 | Excellent results imo and a great dividend. But more importantly it looks like the business is getting back to something more like normal. Suet | suetballs
03/6/2021 09:12 | Though a further covid spike could set everything back but that's a much wider game changer. | its the oxman
03/6/2021 09:10 | Sorry but no, just looking at it probably very simplistically, in regard to nav , ie worst is past, hoping it broadly flatlines or picks up going forward as newsflow and letting improve. Very pleased with div. Hard to know if further recovery will be gradual or quick but with no dilution , and ongoing development I don't see why past highs can't be hit again in 1-2 years time. | its the oxman
03/6/2021 08:59 | Oxman would you happen to have ever worked out how the NAV per foot works out vs residential. My simple looking was 1600m/3.9m = £410 foot | hindsight
03/6/2021 08:23 | Also had a good run up to results so a bit of profit taking is not a bad thing, let's see if it runs again after presentation and institutional meetings with the company after results. | its the oxman
03/6/2021 08:20 | Added a few this morning , better div than I expected , nav hit had to happen and be worked through, but still higher than current share price and wkp has traded at a decent premium in the past , hoping this will happen again if recovery comes though. Plenty to go for in this case back to old highs. Hopefully the worst is past. | its the oxman
28/5/2021 12:44 | Should of added on pullback, so much upside left here I hope. never, mind, pretty heavy in these already. | its the oxman
26/5/2021 17:18 | Full year results next week - 3rd June. Should be interesting - hopefully with current demand on the increase. Suet | suetballs
25/5/2021 17:17 | Poor day today, back to 842p | its the oxman
07/5/2021 11:48 | Looks like we made a good call on this one. I'm very happy. Suet | suetballs
07/5/2021 11:12 | Still plenty of upside back to old highs if recovery delivers. Unlike some, no dilution either. | its the oxman
06/5/2021 15:48 | All sounds good. Clearly they sense an opportunity. Hopefully occupancy can stabilise and start to show some growth again in H2. Many thx. | its the oxman
06/5/2021 14:47 | In Qs, Graham said that he is seeing some enquiries from some larger occupiers - doesn't think it is a game changer, but ... | 18bt
06/5/2021 14:35 | Here goes: 1. They are going to launch a corporate advertising campaign aligning with lockdown easing. Highly targeted multi-channel approach - will be a lot on London buses, but also radio and digital ads. Campaign goes live on Monday. 2. Full year results on 3rd June 3. They are hopeful of now seeing occupancy levels (as opposed to being in their offices) rise 4. Will Abbott - CCO - initial reaction on joining that brand was under-developed. Reiterated that 100,000 potential customers, but expecting demand to grow from "flight to flexibility". Hard to spot which office owners have different propositions and offers in the market. So building the awareness of Workspace's distinct offering. Sits apart in between conventional landlord and serviced offices.Offering is "Liberating spaces for businesses to shine". Positioning is "Home to London's brightest businesses". Have overhauled social media and content marketing in past few months. Have even launched their own Spotify chanel chosen by customers. Have made search engine marketing more sophisticated - especially free google listings. Dynamically bidding on search terms, hyper-local targeting, increasing use of video. Cultivating leads through brokers. 5. WFH: idea is to turn it on their head: when and where are you going back to work? Work from Work[space] = WFW. Playing on some of the downsides of working from home. Companies are thinking a lot more about their staff and Workspace is well placed to capitalise on these trends. Media costs of the campaign is c£350,000 as one-off. In a typical year marketing cost is £1.5m, but a lot of that is paid search. | 18bt
06/5/2021 11:49 | Please post again. Let us know how it went. Thx. | its the oxman
06/5/2021 11:25 | Looking forward to this afternoon's presentation to see what they are saying about hybrid working (office & home or desk closer to home) and how they are going to flex for that. | 18bt
06/5/2021 09:27 | Think the jury has been out on wkp as to whether it's a strong recovery play or will be a victim of people quitting the office. As it becomes evident it's the former it could anticipate the future and move higher quite quickly. We will see. | its the oxman
06/5/2021 08:42 | Positive trading update, might get us over 900p come results. | its the oxman |
