12/11/2020 11:18 | Decent results all things considered. Fall in nav expected and div no surprise. Expecting a reduced payout at best this year. Looking forward there should be scope for serious gains once we all get jabbed with the covid cure. And looks like no need for a dilutive raise which is a big plus. | its the oxman

12/11/2020 04:44 | Results webcast available and worth a watch:

11/11/2020 08:06 | Despite the loss, reduction in NAV and dividend decision deferred, these could have been a lot worse. WKP much better positioned than the larger office-focussed property groups IMHO. | 18bt
10/11/2020 17:04 | Moving up nicely.
With a successful vaccine no reason for London not to get back to some sort of normal even with more wfh.
With its flexible offerings I believe that wkp is in a strong position and could see £10 by spring next year.

06/11/2020 08:34 | Anyone any clues on availability rates and how things are holding up for wkp. | its the oxman
04/11/2020 19:04 | Lonely bbs tend to be good places. Still holding mine and quite surprised at the recovery speed | hindsight
04/11/2020 16:15 | Now a good month for wkp ! Lonely place | slicethepie
02/10/2020 16:36 | A good week for wkp, pleased to see it was standard life letting shares go encouraged me to buy more! | slicethepie
24/9/2020 07:41 | being a very slow mover , easy to exit without needing a quick trigger finger I guess | arja
24/9/2020 07:16 | amazing when people buy for long term when chart still in a clear downtrend . Better to wait until chart shows a bottoming process even if you can not enter at the very bottom. | arja

Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
Workspace Group PLC (" Workspace ") announces that it has appointed J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) as its joint corporate broker, alongside Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, with immediate effect. | rambutan2
16/9/2020 11:29 | Just brought a few. Yes rents will fall but so will expected returns. Risk free is now 0% less inflation
Maybe evening standard story hit these | hindsight
16/9/2020 11:06 | I’ve bought a few this week as a longer term recovery play. | rambutan2
16/9/2020 08:04 | The units come up on the website when the tenant has given their month's notice. The photograph only comes up when the unit has been vacated and refurbed (unless they use the prior photo). This is how it worked when my wife had a unit some years ago. My point is that the availability rate should be a strong indication of the underlying business. Assume larger units will become increasingly available as companies trade down to smaller ones. | elsa7878
16/9/2020 07:55 | Current share price is a mystery, well below the March low. Seems to be a 6 year low? | shieldbug
16/9/2020 07:44 | Just using the search facility on the company website for available units. This morning i get 318 units available for rent.
This of course will not include units recently vacated or being refurbished. Its a rough guide not a company statement. | shieldbug
11/9/2020 15:31 | Hi Shield, also interested in seeing where you can see no units available to rent. Can you post how please. Expecting a tough 12 months re lettings, but if your no's are correct sounds like the fear might be overdone. | its the oxman
09/9/2020 10:28 | Thanks shield - a more complete picture in terms of numbers.
So only 8% of all units not let.
Ok doesn't seem too bad - but what about slow payers / bad debt, size of units not let and the rents that are being charged.
Surely the current share price must reflect the foregoing.
