Decent enough results today. Div up and wkp comments ,Our valuation was down in the year by 9.5%, although the reduction was significantly lower in the second half. I would expect this valuation to be the low point of the current cycle given the forecast of interest rate reductions combined with our ability to continue to deliver pricing growth and value-add asset management activity.So a game of patience now for those willing to wait for interest rates to be cut and valuations to rise. |

Presumably WKP is expected to benefit greatly from the problems at WeWork. Apparently quite a number of WeWork tenants esp in London being kicked out from 30/11, including some that need a decent amount of space. |

Hoping for a big rise on Wednesday if UK inflation numbers show signs of having topped. The NAV of this has held up very well and can see this nearly doubling if inflation starts trending down. Increasing rent and occupancy stable suggests the fall has been over done imo. |
