Apollo are opportunists, if they can't make shed loads out of it they won't commit. And they very cautious in current markets.
But hey, that's good for me, t created an op for me today, I can see through the next 12 months and hope of 30p-400p in 2 or 3 years time, all IMO.

Is what it is. All I am seeing is lots of very large FEEDs being awarded with the detailed design contracts next year when the FEEDs complete. The future of the sector is good but will take a while to get back to 220p I expect.

SI - I’ve posted on this board prior to news today of taking profits!

Initial reaction to news is overdone so I’ve repurchased same holding of shares previously sold at £1.35 this morning. May go lower, may go higher but I’m happy to hold medium term.

I’m expecting between £1.60-1.70

Had sold down 2/3 of my holding during the series of increased offers from Apollo due to limiting further upside.

Still thought it more likely to get done than not, but hey ho!

Happy to hold remainder for the medium term (as was my original intention when buying in). If share price does depress below £1.50 then will look to accumulate again.

These PE companies need to be barred from this kind of childish behaviour. Same happened to Metro Bank last year (Carlyle) and THG last week (again Apollo).
