Ive bought in here.

According to Digital look, the forecast pre-tax profits for the year are £148 million.

They have just made £135 million in the first 6 months.

This has to re-rate on those figures. It looks a great growth/value opportunity to me.

The share price has now retraced 13% from its peak in a stable +40%pa uptrend channel and presents a good buying opportunity provided there is no fall out from the Russian plane disaster above Egypt and passenger numbers continue to show 23% or more Y on Y expansion. The November figures were due within 3-5 days when this blog was written.

Today 3/12, they're out quicker than expected. They confirm the steady 23%/pa expansion of traffic and profits.. Perverse that the shares fell sharply. Sooner or later the share price inevitably reflects performance. There is upside potential to.£22, ie more than 32% -That is more than for most FTSE 350 holders.

The forecast PE is a reasonable 14 -if profits don't exceed expectations, which with high interim results look already in the bag

Surprised at recent share price action as every bit of RNS news or news found on google is very positive, large increses in passenger numbers, leading budget airline in Eastern europe etc.

very confident of trend reversing in near future.

Agree; a quiet board is a good indicator for making money!
Now Wizzing upto its last target price; although HSBC and INVESTEC have just given Buys at 2046p with targets of 2250p

Capacity growth is the driver here, imv. New highs and momentum.
What amazes me, 'tho, with these kinds of airlines is the proportion of "non-ticket revenue"; nearly 40% in WIZZ's case.
I did an exercise comparing a booking London to Budapest between EZJ and WIZZ. WIZZ were slightly cheaper but the booking process was really complex with the add-ons and baggage size conditions etc. etc. I suppose much like RyanAir started out but I now see how their "Ancillary Revenue" is high!
EZJ break down their revenue into "Seat" and "Non Seat" and "Non-Seat" is only 1.5% so they must be counting things totally differently.

Net Profit looks to me to have been e131.3m and, with approx. 126.5m shares (including convertibles) fully diluted in issue, that makes e1.037/share. At e1.4/£1 that equates to 74gbp/share.
Trading at 1600p that makes the P/E 21.

The cash flow generation appears to be very good. Albeit that I haven't run this through properly they report net cash flow positive results over and above the 149m raised in equity during the year 2015 ending with approx. e449m in cash (equivalent to e3.50/share or 253gbp/share).

I think I will play this on medium term (3-5 year) view.
