Finally a good day and today I didn’t average down lol. @The White House I knew I should’ve bought in GVC and at sub 700p it’s still worth a buy, but instead today I consolidated a few positions. Fingers crossed for a positive trading update in the morning and we can start climbing again and breaking a few levels.

I’m in for the long term, I feel it’s growth policy, handling of the pandemic and the available cash flow to withstand this year makes this a great but at current prices. Whilst we’re on about gaming shares is anyone tempted by the current share price of GVC? I certainly am!!!

Also, if there is any value in that chart, we might see a share price rise to break short term descending TL resistance around 109 (4h chart), test the breakdown from the H&S pattern currently between 112-114 and then decide. From there a close above those levels could invalidate the H&S, but if it rejects those levels. It might actually be a short. For clarity I'm still watching and do not hold a position long or short.

I'm long here. I only pay limited attention to charts. Yesterday we were 20% below the offer price which was oversubscribed but there has been good news (VAT refund) as well as bad (California delay and UK Gambling Industry Committee report - but the latter was largely expected) and an okay trading update at the time of the raise. If the price does get down to anywhere near the levels implied by Stupmy I'll be adding so long as there are no material developments - ongoing negative market Covid sentiment doesn't count.

Have a feeling we’re going to see a positive move into next weeks half year results. The statement on cash burn and last 4 - 6 weeks trade is going to be very interesting.
This should be up at 166p going into next week, surely? And the MMs know it, don’t they?
If supply dries up then we may just see an increase over a few days imo.

We’ve just seen the football season squeezed into 4weeks. The trade on that alone will show a sharp increase.
Then we have nearly all of spring and summer championship horse racing within a 6week period. How much increased income there?
Not to mention snooker and formula one.
Haven’t GVC themselves been mooting impressive trading?
