Reopening shops is proving an absolute disaster. For whatever reason turnover in shops is massively down. I reckon by Christmas there will many more shop closures

I CLDNT FIND MINE,with interactive but they went in on Monday,had to call, them but I got so many wmh,i didnt know how many I had,it was only £400 worth,didnt have any more spare cash...Anyway she showed me how to find it on some new screen..So I trust they have been added to my millions of shares I own..

I presently see no positives in the stock market at the moment. Prices are over inflated, also following crazy release of lockdown measures without track and trace a second wave appears a certainty, remember only 5% have had it, may even begin earlier than mid September.
Whilst I believe WH is a winner, I fear Sport may have to cease again.

My view may be contrarian, but I see the timing and the current delay of legal sports wagering in California as a net positive for William Hill. In my opinion this increases the potential for a takeover, since other players in this field and other larger corporate investors, will now look to key companies that are already well established and positioned in the more dominant gambling states like Nevada and New Jersey, of which William Hill is, knowing that there is still much more potential for growth with states like California post Corona in a couple of years time. That combined with current depressed company valuations due to Corona and lockdowns, should be a no-brainer for potential suitors in terms of future return on investment. Also, on the flip side, this frees up more capital reserves for William Hill to allocate towards other existing operations and other up and coming legal states, so they will not have to spread themselves too thin across California too. Add to that the fact that they have been doing better than most in new sign ups and online revenue over past few months, via drive through signups and new online players. With an already established/well-optimised full-scale online sports/casino/gaming offering, this shows resilience in lockdown situations and online growth, so should alleviate some concerns of potential suitors as well.

I’m incredibly new to this (no idea what im doing) what sort of price and timescale are you guys hoping the achieve on WH? I felt bad buying in at an average of 1.43 but after seeing recent comments I feel much better about it, maybe my mind is only seeing short term. You guys seem to be seeing long term, just looking for some advice

YEP I DO HOPE SO,to be honest i thought it wld have happened b4 end of 2019..Its why I don't sell out ever cause of TO..Nearly KILLED ME WHEN THEY WENT TO 26P..DIDNT EVEN LOG ON for a week,just looked on teletext..!mY MATE WAS Winding me up so I lied and said I sold them all at £1.80 and bought back at £o.34.If I had I wld be laughing now..i would luv to get rid of this lot once a for all.been it 4 years now waiting for take over...
