06/1/2020 15:02 | when is the next trading update on this one? | harry3021
06/1/2020 11:30 | Rise from here to 186-188 then fall back to 170 area? I think that's a real possibility. I'm shorting the US500 and think we'll see some stocks come off if that comes down. | stupmy
03/1/2020 01:18 | Hopefully yes | archibald5
02/1/2020 17:58 | Bit of a breakout today do we have new takeover interest perhaps? | finkie
30/12/2019 08:29 | Biggest NFL upset result for 24 years last night. Patriots were massive favourites, one Billys punter had 75k to win just 5k and lost. 94 percent of bets lost as the Dolphins surprised | the white house
16/12/2019 08:54 | What are all these AT trades? Is it mm's automatically just flushing limit orders up and down? cheers NR Looks like it might challenge the 200p area again quite soonish perhaps? | nick rubens
13/12/2019 16:26 | I've closed this out at just below 182. About 15 p profit. I think in the near future I'll be buying back at or below 171. It's also close to a time for family holidays. Much more relaxed to have minimal if any positions open during that time. | stupmy
13/12/2019 08:33 | Indeed, I closed a couple of othe positions yesterday, but kept this one. Happy to be a hold (obviously), dropped back a lot though. I guess the rise is on hopes that regulation will be less stringent? | stupmy
12/12/2019 08:28 | I've dipped my toe back in at 168 | stupmy
11/12/2019 13:59 | I thought the share price might have been reaching a bottom for the moment, I can't find a reason for it to turn here. I'm still watching although I was tempted yesterday when it rose into the close. I'm wondering if we're going to dip under 160. | stupmy
10/12/2019 12:16 | I think WMH are going to merge in the not too distant future. It makes sense, price is lousy | archibald5
10/12/2019 11:48 | BB seems a bit quiet. Price back to 164/165 here and 148 at 888. I guess it's time to start paying attention again. FWIW 'twh', I'd say you're calling this well on the whole and I assume your approach (trend following) is either paying well now or will will in the future. I can't get it out of my head that there could be a larger market shock that will have the beautiful fillys running out of the burning barn alongside the donkeys so I'm loathe to comitt too much. This one does look to be a likely winner over time. | stupmy
27/11/2019 13:00 | Thanksgambling Day tomorrow in the US...an extra NFL Sunday of 3 back to back live games, making it 5 in the month instead of 4 for Oct...With a punter friendly weekend the one before last to give many some more ammo to play with Vegas/Nevada turnover could well spike to 600m | the white house
26/11/2019 09:06 | Big long term news, Hills opens a sportsbook in Miami, 1st in 85 years good sign for both sports betting going statewide and Hills being in at the start as well as all industry players if 20m wealthy residents get the nod to playGone long 187 June | the white house
25/11/2019 08:22 | Added again, quietly adding land bases, this time next year Hills in the lead and MGM 2nd will dominate the Strip with the rest nowhere...Flutter/Fa | the white house
21/11/2019 16:22 | Apple crumble : mustnt grumble | the white house
21/11/2019 09:56 | Good results - all about the US growth and very impressive market shareDecisive move on UK estateHigh quality partners in the USCompetition will be intense but they are well positionedHmmmToo cheap imo | trentendboy
21/11/2019 08:47 | Surprised no mention of the CG Tech acquisition yesterday in the US. Useful bolt on there | noujay
21/11/2019 08:46 | Have you ever seen a broke bookie? That's the headline. Answers on postcard to this address. | nod
20/11/2019 13:15 | Thanks for that, roll on tomorrow. Sometimes I think why am I holding on, when I should sell, but something keeps telling me..... | archibald5
20/11/2019 09:20 | They will be very good. UK sports results have been favourable as per Ladbrokes 3 upgrades and US results have been also (note that outside the reporting period last weekend was a bookies bloodbath when many huge roll ups hit as every favourite in the NFL won)Online UK going well and shop issue cleaned up and clear way forward with a decent estateI have convinced myself as I write and have added... | the white house
20/11/2019 08:43 | Any ideas about tomorrow’s trading statement? Any positives? | archibald5
15/11/2019 15:24 | Closed my WMH for a small profit to reduce overall weekend exposure. Also closed out a new 888 entry at a similar profit. Will see how things look next week | stupmy
14/11/2019 12:18 | Flutter will have a lot of debt to service though. I'm talking multi-billions so this is something to keep in mind. My big fear is that the Dept of Justice has actually reversed their original opinion on the wire act - I think they gave a deadline of December for states to get-in-line. What if they start a fresh crackdown!? States could sue and it might end up in the constitutional courts but it would be a big blow. Any comments on my thoughts below? How much debt does WMH have in total? That is key if there is a future industry squeeze. I also thought they paid a lot for mrgreen at €271 million - I thought mrgreen targed mostly the nordic market which has been suffering (at least that's what other competitors like unibet/betsson reported) due to crackdowns and taxes. | darius12 |
