29/8/2019 17:44 | TO - coming - I can feel it. Same over at GAN - otherwise no reason for this rise. Hills are just too cheap at the moment | trentendboy

29/8/2019 12:26 | I closed my 30% buyback at 177.5ish for 14 p ish profit. I think there is a risk it could pull back to 167-169 area before moving up again. I will be lookin to add back if it does. Something is driving the price up, although I can't find any news. Norge bank seem to have reduced their holding (RNS today), not sure if this is delayed news or something they've done today to lock in some profit/manage losses. | stupmy
28/8/2019 13:21 | Something is driving the share price up. Looks like we could break to the upside. I have the share price activating an iH&S with a target around 200 (simply based on stats of average rise after activatioin of such a patter; see Bulkowski for more info on that). There is a gap to fill on the daily chart which would close around 204.5 so that's a logical target following this break, then there is a resistance line around 213/214. Starting to look very interesting here. | stupmy
28/8/2019 10:36 | 143rd US sportsbook to open in next week in Tropicana resorts Evansville Indiana....Getting some serious traction and being selected quite widely | the white house
28/8/2019 09:10 | I bought back the 30% of my position I sold at 166 for 163 ish. Price seems to want to move to the upside for the moment. | stupmy
27/8/2019 17:07 | They have 14 shops - you must live in Harlow LOL | trentendboy
23/8/2019 17:58 | And Stand James and Joe Jennings. In my local town centre there are 3 Joe Jennings and 1 Hills. | loganair
23/8/2019 16:51 | depends how much of a fight Paddy Power and Betfred put up | trentendboy
23/8/2019 15:57 | GVC have already made it very clear that they intend to be the last man standing so will therefore close fewer retail betting shops. | loganair
23/8/2019 14:41 | Possibly but should all be in the price given it is public what they are cutting - of course there is a last man standing issue - £2 a spin will thin the herd. The issue who will be left standing. In my youth it was only LADS and Hills with a few Corals and independents. | trentendboy
23/8/2019 13:52 | I wouldn't think anyone would wish to buy Hills until they have completed their retail betting shops closures. | loganair
23/8/2019 12:47 | Long on all WIwiRBS. But I'm not investing. I'm entering, closing, re-entering on additional signals. I also started with SXX around 9p and PANR (small) around 18.4 with a view to selling half on swing highs and buying back on sl's to build larger positions. | stupmy
23/8/2019 12:40 | Of course logan - in my case I invest in those shares that have a good business model at their core but also a chance to be taken out (or to take over someone else). In the gaming sector Hills, 888 and GAN are all prime TO targets. Previously help Sportingbet, LADS and PartyGaming (and there are others). Those 3 are now part of the GVC empire of course and good returns were made (depending on entry price). 888, GAN and Hills are not long for this world IMO. Too cheap and with very solid brands/contacts. | trentendboy
23/8/2019 10:13 | long or short Stupmy? | wish i wasnt in rbs
23/8/2019 08:32 | I let 30% of my positions go (the worst of 3 leveraged entries) for 166 (5-6p profit). If price pulls back to what I consider a point of value I'd happily re-enter. Meanwhile, I'm also watching and trading Barc and HFDs. | stupmy
22/8/2019 14:24 | Looking good for a test of the 166/167 area today. Getting interesting! | stupmy
22/8/2019 09:35 | Company after company posters are saying that the company the poster is invested in is 'ripe for takeover.' | loganair |
