there is no way that this company will be paying a dividend. They themselves have stated that shareholders are likely to be significantly diluted. What more do you need?

just dont understanf , if they have debt, how come they have huge contract worth of £900Million - sounds like re-finance is eminent and surely on mkt recovery - they may some good result , I will pocket some at this price

yeah something like thta. However, experience tells me that id the directors say that kind ofthing, it is normally true, and getting re-financed in this day and age is usually very difficult

why are these increasing in value????? - Because they've got massive turnover for the current market cap and they pay dividends. Well...they did do. If they don't delist and dilute too much then they'll go up a lot. Nobody knows. Exciting isn't it??

could be some movement today, noted that Jarvis are in prelim talk (not!!!)
but the share price went up a whack yesterday, I still have a feeling that WHY may be suseptible to prelim inquiries...
who knows, but i sold out yesterday so it is bound to go up today...

Like you i have a borad share portfolio, agree that the companies you mentioned are open to a certain degree, I know WHY have a massive debt problem, but io am sure if they are ticking over as some parts are the banks will give them some more time.

WHY have closed the loss making parts and are concentrating on the profitable markets, wait and see

Note the price went up today, i guess they shoudl be hovering arround 20p mark...
