20/4/2009 09:07 | I had trouble dealing with Barlclays on Friday. I have seen other posts complaining also. Impossible to deal between say 8 and 9.30 and 3.30 and 4.30 with Barclays. It seems to me that when there is volume then the dealers either dont have the staff or their systems are too old to cope with the increased volumes. What is to be done? Post on U tube ?
