I place an order for 10k on friday with tw waterhouse at market price at4.10pm and they never even did the trade!!! what can I do about this?

lol stu. I am with selftrade and have been trying to take some profit this morning. Missed 45p because of the idiots. Only hope is that when the service resumes share price will be much higher!!

Awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan


White Young Green plc ("the Company") announces that awards were made on 17
April 2009 to two executive directors under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("the
Plan"). Awards under the Plan take the form of an opportunity to receive shares
in the Company ("2009 Awards").


The performance condition under the 2009 Awards is based on the Company reaching
a share price target over a three year period from 17 April 2009 to 16 April
2012 ("Performance Period").


Target performance means that the Company's share price at the end of the
Performance Period should be equal to or greater than 60p. The price at the end
of the Performance Period will be measured by reference to the average share
price over the period 16 March 2012 to 16 April 2012.


Awards have been made to directors which, if vested, would lead to those
directors becoming entitled to a maximum of 900,000 shares as follows:


Paul Hamer, Chief Executive Officer: 500,000 ordinary shares
David Wilton, Group Finance Director: 400,000 ordinary shares

Just be careful with this one i know there have been redundancies right along the chain because the order book has dried up so profits will be severely hit. Whether its in the price i don't know but directors showing confidence helps.

Missed al the fun on Friday so what a surprise when I logged on today :) Directors buying in at 26p tells us that this has a long way to go. Someone suggested doing a "Cape" and looking at the graphs could be much better than Cape. I will be looking to top up tomorrow...as allways DYOR, etc, etc.

From interims end Feb 09 "Net debt increased to £91.5m (2007: £70.6m)". Current market cap £15M.

It's how I did it with WHY, but last year there was an up to date list on ADVFN, which made it easier for research etc. Just can't find it again.
