Attended the AGM today.Happy with what I heard. Now have a solid company that is focused on its core businesses that are growing well.I also believe that the forecasts are now conservative for the first time and we will start to see under promising and over delivery going forward.

Yes, it's very long and detailed but essentially says WEY is kicking all of the Massie projects into touch (China, Nigeria, Quoralexis, Infinity Education, Wey eCademy) and focussing on InterHigh and Academy21 exclusively. Sees losses before 2020 but on a DCF basis going forward is worth 35p a share.

Please note that I have updated the header by clearing out a lot of the historic data (apart from last broker note summary which itself will be superseded soon due to the new Trading Statement). Hopefully, this more compact header will be relevant for any new readers as well as the regulars.
