Stinger, Short from 6.5p ?

That’s odd. Last week you were predicting 400% gains ??

“Additional shares already taken by institutional investors... and they will want 400% back... no brainer at 4 p here... just patience required.”

Will be first trades in the 3s today. Oh dear oh dear. And all those institutions were told there is a great pipeline ( but WSG never got the guarding contract for the pipeline and it has been sabotaged !!)

True, but if they get more site contract the £'s start adding up. There have been enough failings with G4S to allow another to prosper in the security field especially with the Parliament contract award as a reference.

Igoe. Decent size contract ? It adds about 3% to their revenue. Hardly earth shattering. Few blokes on a building site.

Yep,, just a few more and goes to show the plan here... no debt and recurring revenues... that Arden note shows the potential.

That's a decent size contract for a small cap company. A few more of those the S/p might start to wake up.

Desperation. Announce a contract worth £250,000 per annum.

Could one be naughty and guess the size of this massive deployment. On 50% gross margin, that means the gross cost is c£175,000. Using an average salary of £25,000 to £40,000 per guard, this might be as little as 5-6 people. Allowing for 12 hr shifts, it might be 2-3 people at any time

Also, majority of Riverfort amount was raised to pay down loan notes, not to keep as working capital... so why would that be the reason for a large cash balance increase

It may well do, but that would then flow through the cash flow statement in financing activities, not working capital changes. Movement in trade receivables should show a negative cash impact of 1.2m not positive 0.549, and trade payables should show negative impact 0.15 not positive.

Dartboard, alot of that cash comes from dilution through Riverfort.

I always vote against placings but for rights issues. Placings should be illegal or have the same rules as rights issues, or rights issues made easier.

dodge, by all accounts ,, your current holding automatically transfers to the new shares if voted through.. no difference in the number or share price value at the time.

That's my point, I can't add up the 1.6m cash from the cash flow statement. See note 12 in the interims, movement in trade receivables ... they are showing a decrease of 549k. Whereas if you go to the balance sheet, there's actually an increase of 1.2m. This means there's 1.7m less cash than they are saying... unless there's other hidden items

I hope so I cant see this being so bad for much longer it takes time and big risks to meet a goal and reputation in the right places.

Depends if they can close some of these contracts... Might see 7p on one. Arden say 19p target..possibly rising!
