People harp back to better days with WSG. When it reached 90p, there were 44m shares in issue. There will now be the equivalent of 250m, so a six fold increase. And on a per share basis the high was 15p, not 90p.

Amazingly in 2010 there were just 17m shares in issue, so Fowler has flogged c230m shares, shareholders are diluted c12 times.

Additional shares already taken by institutional investors... and they will want 400% back... no brainer at 4 p here... just patience required.

The trouble is there are 150m shares at 4p to hit the market. Existing holders who are also Placees can sell, and just rebuy at 4p. And there will be many ( not all) who just take any profit from this dog, so after the EGM just sell into any strength.

Mind you, one RNS suggesting a new MOU, and the rappers will be out in force

Igoe.. there's risk involved and will probs go lower however oversubscribed for 5m pounds worth tells me new investors are confident..if a few contracts are pulled off then totally different game here.. I like the x5 that are in the advanced stages.

Like singer has said it will either multi bag or drift. Its only 1.5% of my portfolio and I hold 26 stocks. So I know the reward and risks. Personally I don't get ex holders continually posting negativity, when I sell out I never post on that forum again I only concentrate on the stocks I hold. I think one or two need to move on and get a life....
