And after been in touch with Tom Cooper (one of the directors) I feel we still have big potential here. Should be fantastic news flow, coming up... from this position I've got more to gain than lose etc, working from this current S/p

It's likely to go up from here, now that he plans to ditch Riverfort.

Igoe.. there's risk involved and will probs go lower however oversubscribed for 5m pounds worth tells me new investors are confident..if a few contracts are pulled off then totally different game here.. I like the x5 that are in the advanced stages.

Like singer has said it will either multi bag or drift. Its only 1.5% of my portfolio and I hold 26 stocks. So I know the reward and risks. Personally I don't get ex holders continually posting negativity, when I sell out I never post on that forum again I only concentrate on the stocks I hold. I think one or two need to move on and get a life....

Stinger, see my post 883 above. Every single investor in 30 fundraisings thought they would get a reward, and were promised contracts round the corner. Every single investor in those Placings has lost money if they held on.

Yes, risk reward. However every single placing to date, risk reward has come down firmly on the side of risk: risk that nothing gets signed and this just keeps haemorrhaging cash.

I do however agree with you, if they sign a game changing contract.....then the game will change. If

What about the ones before. Look at how cash was raised and will continue to be raised.

Any contract start up will be met with required raise for further working capital.

Honestly why risk your money, the opportunity out there is huge for companies that make
Money that will be back firing within 18 months.

Graham... risk reward... nature of the beast.. doubt those new investors would commit 5 million without reward though.

If, stinger, if. The trouble has been that, to date, WSG has converted nothing since Lungi eight years ago. Tema is good, but not game changing.

Dodge... fact is... if just one of those many contracts (x5 are advanced) is pulled off then this will be seen as a game changer... no debt now either. Could easy 3 bag in time.

Bleeding heck, the Arden note is 50 pages !!!! The analyst Andrew Simms has just wasted weeks of his life !!! Must have been worth it for Arden......

It refers to “industry reputation”. Unless the industry are morons, they will willknow what a Mickey Mouse operation this is.

It refers to “global profile”. Haha, as if.

It says of the contract pipeline “should start to convert over the next 6-12 months”. I see a flying pig !!

It says 70% p.a. Compound annual growth rate for the next four years. As if.

It has a forecast saying WSG will make 1.8p of earnings in 2022, so is on a forward p/e of 2.4x ( does the guy really believe any of this ????)

And a valuation now of 19p !!!!!!!!!!! Well, Mr Market does not believe that. Mr Market has been burnt so badly, over such a long period.

The note compares WSG with G4S, Securitas ( Market Cap £53bn), Thales, Loomis. Now, they are all proper companies !!! Securitas employs 370,000 people. WSG employs family members !!

The strange thing is that I can see ho mention that there have been 30 fundraisings; no mention that WSG has never made a profit ( no mention of £23.7m of cumulative losses); no mention that the shares have fallen 95% from the peak !!!

Fill your boots. Arden says so

Meant to go on. No wonder Arden will act, and no wonder they will write research, for fees like that !!! And there will be more.

And if they can get the price up, make money for their Placees, then no damage done to reputation......until not a single contract is signed for another five years !!!!

I might look at the Arden research to see just how much the wool has been pulled over their eyes. And my spinometer will be turned to maximum

On a quick skim of the announcement, I could not see the fees. It was not underwritten, but I suspect fees, all in, will be over £500,000 ( if anyone can spot the number do post it). So, £5m becomes £4.5m. Minus £2.6m for CULS and debt, and under £2m left.

At WSG average spending rate ( see above) that will last less than a year.

As Graham stated, the placees would have already planned their exit with the Company, based on some hot air announcement. I heard their hiring for a security task force for the space station and Westminster night have an exclusive MOU. Fowler will tell you though, no guarantee final contract will be signed.....heard he's on s flight to the space station as I type....

Did someone suggest the current placing would last 3 years...lol....just look at the last year. Over half the current placing has already gone.......2021 will see another fund raising......working capital on that huge project that is at final contract stage...lol
