It hasn’t been going to the Westminster Group Foundation, Charity 1158653.
Every RNS has a footer virtue signalling their great charitable efforts. From the most recent:
“The Westminster Group Foundation is part of the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility activities. www.wg-foundation.org
The Foundation's goal is to support the communities in which the Group operates by working with local partners and other established charities to provide goods or services for the relief of poverty and the advancement of education and healthcare particularly in the developing world.”
However, a little look at the Charity Commission website shows that the accounts to Dec 2023 are now 133 days late. Every year for the last five years, Westminster has been in breach.
And their impact ???? In 2022 donations of…..wait for it……£3,934. At least that was double 2021, where they donated just £1629.Hardly something to crow about surely ? |
Where has the 200k going?
Take a look at the directors you are being diluted for. It’s interesting. |
...eat my words. Gabon contract announced and signed. Look forward to a smooth landing with this one, and revenues to start hitting WSG's account very soon :-) |
This price is now looking like an absolute snip . If this gets confirmed in the next 90 days we should say goodbye to these depressed values |
Cheers wynterwilde |

Purpleass11 using another fake alias in nielmcmc77 trying to recover his substantial losses in GEX.
What a plonker ! |
The seller has depressed the price , they could easily RISE by 100% from the current levels |
That 100,000 buy was mine and executed via the fill/kill.
Shares were NT to buy @ 1.10p even for just 50,000. |
"I wonder when the company will announce winning another contract."
Perhaps when we find a country that is remote enough to make an it exteremly difficult proposition and the process will drag on for years kingston 78! |
I wonder when the company will announce winning another contract. |
Resilient? It at 1p
If it were resilient it would be at the undiluted levels of previous years.
It’s not stepping foot in the DRC, they won’t get employee insurance. |
This stock is very resilient, it came through ebola and covid and is now trying to navigate a contract in the DRC, despite the war/uprising there.
Presuming the contract unwinds as it's planned to do, we could see a significant uplift in the share price
Lots of stale bulls still here or are drifting off......... |
More or less zilch interest in WSG for today. As I type there is only a mere 5 trades for the whole of today. The total value of those is less than £9k for the whole job-lot. The worst price executed is at 0.9962p. It could be tempting to think of picking up a bargain, but the flavours do make one ask about the future of the whole business, given the lack of interest.

This is a technical chart buy in my opinion. It as recently bounced off the low and is now reversing the trend to move upwards. This is just the beginning and I expect the share price to reach 1.5 p before the end of March. |
Which month Macca? |
Multibagger before the month ends ? |
Well done to the BoD, they've successfully fleeced idiots with money to waste in propping up this wage and lifestyle PoS company year in year out. Cant believe it's still going. |

Someone off loading big time. Look for a drop again next week |
Topped up as well. Expecting back to 2/3p in a few months. |
