07/6/2016 10:49 | Yup - results for last year will be grim. That's why I sugggest the share price will be rising once they are out of the way. We know the airport revenue was 85% higher in the first 4 months of this year so the update on current trading and forward statement hopefully will be positive. However, all those numbers will be irrelevant if and when the first of the seven huge contracts are signed. | someuwin
07/6/2016 10:37 | Not to sure I'd be looking forward to those results. | misty12
07/6/2016 09:52 | Get the results out of the way on Thursday and we could see 20p+ imo. | someuwin
07/6/2016 08:57 | kreature - They have SEVEN signed MoUs for airport security contracts. Any of these contracts could be signed at any time - and any one of them would be transformational. The Middle East airport has now progressed to Letter of Intent with agreed revenues of greater than £30m per year for 25 years. You can wait to buy in until the contract signed RNS - but you'll then be paying many times this share price | someuwin
07/6/2016 08:15 | I won't. not until that contract is actually secured | kreature
07/6/2016 08:15 | Very positive | inv
07/6/2016 08:07 | This is a company on the up. I will be adding. | someuwin
07/6/2016 07:55 | Well I see that Non Exec as a plus sign and a tick for the "overhall" under way. Just IMO | misty12

06/6/2016 20:33 | I will give you the boat, I think the share price would go up if the admitted they are thick as carp and got the boat wrong and sold it at a loss. | tax dodge
06/6/2016 20:30 | Fair enough, everybody sees things differently. Time will tell. I will lose a lot or I will make a lot. Toss a coin, everything is a gamble. | tax dodge
06/6/2016 19:47 | A good discussion/sharing of views - enjoyed in my case from the sidelines; thanks. | saucepan
06/6/2016 19:12 | Just over and not enough of them. | tax dodge
06/6/2016 19:03 | Wow. The 5p ones in particular, I dip my cap mate GL | misty12
06/6/2016 18:58 | No mistyThe board is the total opposite to this one and think both are carp. Now you have the pumpers on both the only line I think I haven't seen yet is "the yanks are coming". I do read them to amuse myself. I did get some at around 5p some more at 9p and some more at 11p last week. My average now is 15p. Time will tell if I've made the right decision. I pressed the buy button so only myself to blame, or I will pat myself on the back and tell my wife how awesome I am. | tax dodge
06/6/2016 18:46 | Tax Dodge; Not sure about "next buy in target" TBH. I really can't work this one out at the moment. As per my post last week, I thought that was the end of things and it would just take off from there (was even very tempted to buy) But the old cynic in me keeps nagging away. You see things just don't add up do they? Those RNSs are very well timed, almost company saving wouldn't you say? Then we have the involvement of Giles. This is the tricky one for me. How sticky is this money? Was it just averaging down to allow exit with profit? Where are the shares going? (TR1 will be needed to reassure shareholders, and might well come) Otherwise? My last trade was a buy at 10.5 and a sell at 10. Another one lol. I thought that Darwin at close to Nominal value were screwed so I thought the "well timed" RNS would have been then. I was wrong and when I saw Darwin convert at Marginal, I bailed because I could see the price falling much lower. It did. I got greedy and should have bought at 5p ish when kreature suggested it. I really though nominal value would need reorganisation and a placing was on the cards at say 4p ish. Now, I have no idea. Do I phone Giles as a shareholder (or at least an interested one) probably get no where. But I bet a fair few knew in advance that HH were buying in a placement because Peter cannot keep his gob shut no matter how many times he's broken rules. So yes peeps knew imo. But do they know how sticky the money is? and I'm just asking that question because I think thats the clincher for me. Do you post on LSE? | misty12
06/6/2016 18:23 | Graham you seem a bit desperate. Get over it, life is to short. Spent months slagging everything about this company. I agree the bod need sacking the way things have been run but I think that this new investment is ok, the money wouldn't been invested if they don't see something is gonna happen. They would of met the board and would of been given more info than us. Misty what's your new buy in target, you have traded this a few times. Didn't you buy back in a few weeks ago, how did that trade work out. | tax dodge
06/6/2016 17:19 | If you get chance, and find out, post it up please Graham | misty12
06/6/2016 17:17 | They MUST be doing something wrong !! Or why do others not do this !! I read law, but ages ago. I cannot remember any answer to this | graham1ty
06/6/2016 17:16 | Mind you. You would not of wanted to put results out at 5p when securing (cough) investment (cough) from HH would you? Wait for the rather well timed RNS and a little pump pump pump then announce Giles and bobs your uncle, everyones happy and PAR can remain the same. Not sure why they don't publish them now though? | misty12
06/6/2016 17:12 | Graham; I agree with you mate. Just not sure they are doing anything wrong thats all | misty12
06/6/2016 17:04 | Anyone spoken to Giles? | misty12
06/6/2016 17:01 | Graham. They have a duty of 21 days or 14 days can't remember which, to notify shareholders of the AGM, but not as far as I can recall the accounts. In fact there is no requirement that shareholders approve the accounts or accept them in any shape or form, just "lay them out" to shareholders. So as long as the shareholders have a reasonable time to study them (of which I have no idea how this is defined) then its fine | misty12
06/6/2016 17:01 | Misty. I think you have to give three weeks notice or an AGM,that is fine. But surely you cannot slip the results out in that notice period ? Three weeks is to peruse the accounts, decide which way you will vote, post yr proxy. Etc. Otherwise companies with bad results would slip them out the morning of their AGM ? This is very odd. You cannot ask people to make a judgement on something they have not got | graham1ty |
